Keenzo had the lowest price. Not just lowest, but lower by a lot compared to the average price. Keenzo can do this because they sell \u0027billions\u0027 of items ranging from ammunition to computer monitors. <br><br>Because there is so many different items on the site, it is hard to browse for items. You have to know what you want and search for it. Also each item description is just a generic description from the manufacture. I actaully read some of the reviews here on Keenzo before buying. The reviews were mixed but to positive side. Because the shear number of items they have, they can\u0027t hold your hand through buying process and item descriptions. You really have to do your research before hand and make sure what you want is want is listed.<br><br>I received my order after 5 business days, it arrived exactly as described and well packed. "Even after reading all the reviews and noting the frequent tone of "ordered but not shipped" or "backordered", I decided to give them a try after seeing the recent positive reviews and their activity on here.
I ordered an item listed as in stock on 7/15 and was listed as usually ships within 24 hours, but on 7/23 the order was still "sent to warehouse" with a ship date "pending". I checked the online status of the item and it still said it was in stock. I emailed them and received a response the next morning that the item was backordered and could take up to 21 days for it to be in stock again. I checked the stock status and the item is now correctly listed as out of stock.
I have two issues with them:
First, the website should accurately reflect their stock status. I don't expect true, real-time updates on their site, but days should not pass with an incorrect status and, even then, only after a customer inquires about it. Second, they should have contacted me when it was discovered that the item was backordered.
They did offer to cancel my order (which I did) and were quite responsive, but only after being contacted by me. Perhaps it was just my bad luck, but I will not be ordering from them again."
