"I ordered a watch and clock for a Xmas present. I received an email a few hours later stating the watch was out of stock. I am not sure why that information was not on the website. I informed them to cancel my CC payment, but they held my payment for 4 days, leaving me short to find another watch at another seller! Not a great way of doing business!! How would you not know you did not have an item in stock, bad inventory practices!"
