“Customer inquired about feeling he was "wronged" and sent the wrong trigger in his lower. We confirmed by our inventory levels, and bound book, that we sent him the right trigger, but proceeded to confirm which trigger he received. We also confirmed via email that he received the CORRECT trigger in his lower receiver by having him email photos of the 2 stage Rock River National Match Trigger installed from the factory in his lower.
The hammer is VERY obviously not a mil spec single stage trigger like the customer claims. We instructed the customer to contact Rock River if he felt the trigger itself was not working properly, but he did in fact receive the correct inventory from us. We've sold THOUSANDS of Rock River Arms 2-Stage Triggers, and are very familiar with the way they look.

It's very obvious the customer received the correct product from us. If the customer feels the product itself is not functioning properly, like we told him via email, he would want to followup with the manufacturer as they have a lifetime warranty.”
