"I have not received my order. One part was apparently on backorder (I do not believe that the system stated that the part was on BO or I would not have ordered it) and the remaining parts were not shipped even though they were in stock at the time the order was placed. Had to call in to cancel part that was backordered to get JSE to ship the parts that they had in stock.

Why not just ship what you have and contact the customer and tell the customer their options and let them decide if they want to wait for the items on B.O.. I should have received everything else at this point given my CC was charged 10 days ago and I have yet to receive anything from JSE!
