So am I to believe that within 30 mins of ordering, my product is alreay being packaged for shipping - and even if that was true, that it could not be stopped? My resonse was that it was NOT a matter of "could not" but "would not". Then I get an email 2 or 3 days later, saying the my product just shipped, so being told that it was being shipped the same day as an excuse for not being able to cancel my order was just a lie. Also, the part# I had found indicated that both brake pads came together, but the sales rep said that it was just one pad, so I ordered 2 - double the expense. When they arrived, it WAS 2 to a pak, so I was sold double what I needed - so the sales rep was NOT educatied on the product she was selling. Just a bunch of BS, and I will never use Jacks again unless it is my ONLY option.
