"Finally a manufacturer that takes the time to explain things and doesn't insult you if you are not a computer guru. Their prices were great and for the additional fee to put it all together and bench run it for 12 hours was worth it. Their prices were very good. I got what I wanted in my computer not what the builder wanted to sell you.After getting off the telephone I felt like I was talking with a friend and was going to get what I ordered without a hassle. It was delivered on time and upon opening the box I was pleasantly pleased to see my shiny black computer,( it shone like a new car finish)I didn't want to put fingerprints on the case. I opened the case and observed how neatly all the wires were laid out and tyed. You could see someone took pride in their work and time to route the wires properly. I fired it up and loaded my software and havent had a problem. It runs so quiet that I turned off everything in my office including the ceiling fan and could barely hear it run. It makes it easy to see its on when I see the blue light light on the front panel. My wife looked at the new computer and then at her(1yr old Gateway Pent IV)computer and then back at mine. I know what that look means, I'll be ordering another computer from J&N Computer Services very soon. I hope she lets me keep mine until hers is ordered. I only play games, she works on hers. I'll never buy another computer from Gateway or Dell.

I have completed 2 orders with them now and I can say I didn't just get them on a good day, they are the best! I highly recommend this company! People make the difference!"

Humor and humility, knowledge too! Imagine that. Built system in half time they guaranteed. Shipped (free) by UPS Ground and it was Fast. Good packaging, good internal assembly. What's not to like? I am a home user who purchased a motherboard/cpu/memory combo from JNCS.com. I also purchased a hard drive that was on sale at the time. I have had them now for approx 4 months and they have run flawlessly. I leave my pc running 24 hrs a day.
This was my first purchase from JNCS and my main deciding factor for choosing them was their variety of motherboard configurations for those wanting to upgrade an existing pc. They install the cpu and memory and test the configuration prior to shipping. I had done extensive research and comparison shopping for several weeks on many other online computer retailers and JNCS had exactly what I was looking for.
Another highlight is their packaging. My computer parts arrived very well protected and included the orginal boxes and manuals. They have a great packaging system!
I think I can safely say that any future computer-related purchases I make will be only with this company.

"I ordered two P4Pe motherboards, power supplies. When I went down to pick them up I inquired if I could add a keyboard to my order. They said yes and helped me pick out a great keyboard to go with the computers I'm building. I would highly recomend this place."
