reply posted May-31-2013 “We are trying to reach to customer to discuss/address these issues. Already our warehouse is investigating the bags that lost their air in transit, apparently. Our opt-in for updates from J&R is not designed to be a requirement and should not have been an impediment to the process if opt-out was selected. Again, we are looking into that as we are the inserts we are including with our shipments. We are looking forward to speaking with this customer about these issues.
