"i have ordered from jcw over the years and have been more than happy with them. recently though, i have ordered motorcycle parts, tail light stems for my 83 honda 500 shadow, and twice, they sent me the wrong parts, and or didnt have the parts i wanted. the first time i ordered tail light stems for the front and back. they sent me the wrong ones for the back, and were out of stock of the front stems. i did not return the two wrong back stems, and reordered 2 more front and 2 more rear stems, specifically giving them the catalog numbers out of the catalog. they sent the right ones for the front, but again sent the same wrong ones for the back. now i got 4 wrong back stems. i called them up to get it straightened out, and spent most of an hour, talking to 5 or 6 different people who could not figure out how to make it all good for me. needless to say i was pissed and was not very nice to the poor people who had to put up with my frustration. i am currently in possession of the four wrong back stems and am waiting to calm down so i can figure out how to get the two back stems i want and return the four i dont want. it seems the people you talk to on the phone do not have access to the catalogs that i order from, because they all were trying to guess which part exactly i needed but could not do so because they did not have the pictures to cross reference with the part numbers. other than that i have, like i said been happy with them in the past. sincerely, greg parke"
