"I just purchases a P4 3.06G laptop with 16.1" UXGA screen for only $1699. Yeah guys, 16" screen laptop with P4 3.06G. At first, I didn't believe this deal at all. So I called them and talked to their friendly Sales rep. I am so amazed on how they explain everything to me and judging by our conversation, I was convinced that this company is a reputable company. Long story short, I purchased the laptop, got it within a week. I am so amazed with all the packaging and the laptop ease of use right from the box. And currently, I am typing this review using the laptop.

"Utterly dissatisfied with the company. I purchased a laptop which for no apparent reason stopped working in the first week of purchase. I returned them the laptop within the company policy's 30 day full refund policy. Now they have deducted $350 from my refund, reasons - $180 for the 2 yr extended warranty I had taken on the laptop. Can someone tell them, if I have returned the product, I am not going to use the product and therefore I am not liable to pay for the warranty. $85 deduction for damages. Totally false claim.There was no damage whatsoever to the unit. The support person was not able to tell me what the problem was with the unit and therefore I had to send them back the unit. The unit was shipped back to them from UPS with full insurance. $ 40 for shipping me the laptop which the salesperson had assured me was being shipped free. The company is a big fraud and I would advise future customers to buy the product on these perils. It is much better to buy the product from some well known brand than to spend time, effort and money on this company. Oh yes, they took five weeks to get my refund after they received the laptop."
