"Performed a price comparison and Infinity, though not the least expensive was in the low end. With current economic times I decided to give them a try. Ordered a plotter and accessories with my standard credit card shipping to an alternate location where the hardware will be installed (I do this all the time without hassle). Selected 3 to 5 day shipping as I needed the product at the end of the following week.
Contacted customer service via e-mail on the 15th as my deadline was approaching and I needed the hardware. Infinity's site states my order is "In Progress", which is very vague. On the 16th my e-mail contains a response stating they need address verification. I purchase with this card al the time with other vendors and have never had issue shipping to the address where the hardware was to be delivered. I responded to cancel the order as I can purchase one of my other suppliers at a higher cost and not incur the shipping delay.
It would have been proactive of Infinity to contact me stating there was an issue delaying my order. I received no such notification, it seems they are content to just let the order sit and let their customer wonder where their hardware is. Customer Service must be an oxymoron to this company.
"This place is the most and worst place I have ever dealt with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I wish they would go out of business for being such a loser place. Tried to order a scsi hard drive for my server and for 15 days got nothing. Called and was told that because the phone did not match my credit card info that they will not ship it out. If I did not contact them they would of never contacted me nor let me know. What a stupid bunch of idiot people working there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE BUYER BEWARE. Go ahead if you don't believe me."

"I purchased a digital camera (Oly e-20) from these people. The transaction went pretty well.. yes I had to pay a premium to use my credit card, but I still went for it. The camera was not shipped in a retail e-20 box but rather in a generic Olympus box. One that has no formed packing material to support the camera or it's accessories. In other words this expensive camera was free to bounce around the interior of the box. Fortunately all items were there and none were damaged. I purchased the optional 3 yr extended warranty, which is handled through "Philips Priority protection plans". There was nothing in my package to indicate I had such a warranty. I called Infinity and talked to a manager there and he assured me that these take a couple months to show up in the mail from Philips. I called yesterday to find out where my certificate of warranty was (3 months have passed) and was told that I should have it soon. The lady offered to fax me the application form they sent to Philips and I accepted. I received the fax and it was signed YESTERDAY (the same day I called about it). They are just now sending off my application! If I hadn't called.. I'm sure they would have never sent in the warranty application and would have pocketed the $144.00 I paid for the warranty. I will steer clear of this company in the future."
"Don't bother. They want cash, slam you if you use a credit card AND make you fax them some stupid form. I needed a PlayStation 2 sent to me overnight for testing at work, they sent me the email telling me that I needed my fax number, etc (in the middle of the night when they are closed, mind you). I cancelled my order and noticed their price for a PS2 was $100 more than they really cost (I misread the price listed). Don't trust c-net on this one."
"I ordered a PDA with a 2 day business day delivery. After 3 days I had to call back, the item was not in stock. I cancelled the purchase 3 days later from the order date. Almost 30 days later the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have called and claimed my money back five times now. Still no money back.
This guys are crooks!"
