"India Herbs is a superb company with outstanding products and customer service. However, they need a new shipper. Fedex is a disaster; first of all they no record of my tracking number on their website nor on their automated phone site. an email from me solictited a different website to try; i did and it said they couldn't deliver the package to my unknown address. the address they were trying to deliver it to was in a city 45 miles east of where i live. another email finally straightened it out and it took 3 more days to travel 45 miles. Fedex, for the second time, sucks. and that's a mild explitive."

"MY EXPERIENCE WITH INDIA HERBS.COM IS VERY SATISFACTORY. MY ORDERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROCESSED WITH SPEED AND DILIGENCE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH ANY OF MY ORDERS. "I had a problem with the shippment, that is I ordered a 6 packages of Ayurstate, but i will recive 3 packages in 2 weeks and another 3 for about 1 month.

"Overall my experience was good. I have been using your product for some time now and been satisfied with the results.
