"I was looking for a specific figure, the Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Tifa, and found this website had it, and for cheap too, so I placed my order using Paypal. Only after, did I research about the site, and found that reviews weren't good. So I started to worry. A day goes by, and my status of my order is unchanged. The next morning, nothing. By that night, I checked it again, and it said my order status was canceled! So I checked my email after I saw that, and found that the seller issued me a refund. Today, I checked my bank account, and there was my refund. So maybe I was fortunate enough to get a quick refund, maybe others weren't using Paypal, or maybe they cleaned up their act. Whatever happened, I had a relatively smooth transaction, and will cautiously make another purchase from them."

"I bought 2 dvd box sets and some posters from this web for my best friend's birthday. Her birthday is on 5/20/09 so i ordered on 05/14/09 and she received it on 05/18/09, included weekend!! so i don't see why people kept saying don't order from this seller? To me, cheap price that i can't find on other web or stores, received it eariler that i expexted. PRETTY GOOD DEAL~ I will order more stuff from this web during christmas for sure. "
"3/26/09 10:54 PMI went to their yahoo online store and paid for an airsoft gun and shells via paypal. I received emails confirming the purchase. I checked my bank statement and funds were transferred. However, the order status for these orders have remained unchanged over three weeks now: "Shipped" with a Fedex tracking number for one purchase, and "Will ship in 2-3 days". Fedex says "Shipment information sent" for the past three weeks. My emails were ignored and they don't answer the phone. So I opened up a case with the Better Business Bureau (la.bbb.org). The BBB sent me an email letting me know they are working on my case and contacting the merchant. Not a day later I check the tracking number and lo and behold, one of my orders was picked up and is now in transit. The other order is still stuck at "Will ship in 2-3 days". I half expect that there will be something wrong with the order that is on its way here. We'll see in another day or two if the other order is also on its way here.I wish I had done my research before buying from this merchant, there are enough bad reviews to make one pause. I certainly will never do business with this merchant again and I strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere.4/2/09 9:40 PMWell I finally received my first order a few days ago, a month late. Everything appears to be ok. However I'm still waiting for my second order which is STILL stuck at "Will ship in 2-3 days"!!! And I have yet to get any feedback at all from the merchant to any of my earlier emails. I'm not waiting much longer before I take this to the next level and start contacting my credit card company, yahoo and paypal.4/6/09 9:54 PMI checked my email and found that the remaining order that had been stuck at "Will ship in 2-3 days" is now reading "No longer available" and a full refund has been sent to my PayPal account.The merchant has been paid, I have my merchandise. The other order has been cancelled and I have a full refund. As an added bonus I also got over a month of worry and hassle free of charge and I also got to spend several hours of my time and effort learning how to contact various authorities and write up reviews chronicling my bad experience, again all free of charge.I never once received any answer to my correspondence from the merchant during this entire ordeal.I am closing the book on this review with two words:Caveat Emptor"

"I am makeing sure this gets out!I ordered an Electric metal gear box R8 Airsoft for my son on 17th at 12:53pm. They did not get the item to the shippers FEDEX over 48 hours later. 48HRS over 2 days later!! And as for FEDEX they changed the delivery date on me two times. Whatever happened to good service, fast delivery, now I have to tell my son that his Christmas gift is still on a truck! You would have thought that an order on the 17th could arrive somewhere in the middle of the USA in less than 7 days! If you intend to buy from this company be prepared to wait and only hope that the item works when, and say when you get it."
"In over 4 years of online shopping experience, this seller has got the worst I`ve ever come across, I place an order for some dvds on feb. 7, both showed up as being on stock, card charge came, order status showed a *Will ship within 24 hours.* message, time went, I sent a message to customer support inquiring for my order status and I got the following reply:Please note that USPS does not give detailed tracking information(....)Please allow up to a 10 or more working days for shipments going to NY or FL due to the distance from CA.Seeing that I still don`t receive my order, I sent another message but this time I even didn`t get a reply. --------------------------------------------updateonly when I sent a message reporting I had file a report with my card company they magically sent my order.more than a month later, I finally received my order, I will never shop from these people again.--------------------------------------------Stay away from this seller."
