"I was unsure of which size to buy, and the customer service was very helpful. I received the product I ordered the next day. It fits my son very well and seems to be made well. We have yet to use it as he is still in a sling and using an ice machine as he recovers from surgery, but he is looking forward to having the ice pack in the cooler ready to put on after he pitches later this year."
