They do say this on their website and they will tell you this on the phone as well; I ended up by a warranty from them since it was still a good deal given the low price of the item. The person I talked to on the phone was pleasant and although he did ask if I needed any cables, he didn\u0027t give me a hard sell on them. The blu-ray shipped after two days and arrived as scheduled in good condition.
