"The BOWER 37mm 0.45X wide angle lens I purchased from IGadget
is exactly as advertized. There is no distortion and it fits and works fine with all 3 of my sony camcorders. It will be on
one of my cams all the time."

"Order was placed by phone. Man who took my order (John, I believe) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When the item I wanted turned out to be on backorder, he offered an equivalent, more expensive item at no additional cost just so I can receive my order quickly. Items arrived quickly. Great customer service - will certainly do business with them again!"

"I ordered a battery charger for my cam-corder. A couple of days later thay called and explained that another order had come in after mine with a requested "rush delivery". They asked me if I minded waiting as they only had one of the item ordered in stock at the time. I said that I didn't mind and they told me that they would ship the following Monday. They ended up shipping my order 2 or 3 days later, ahead of the promised ship date. I am very pleased with their service. "

"Recently, I had the opportunity to work with I Gadget Now and I must say the staff was very knowledgable with the product I was looking for. My camera is a Canon G9 which is several years old but is in excellent working condition and I had difficulty finding accessories and help. I Gadget Now had exactly what I was looking for and they were able to give me pointers on how to use it. The technicans at Canon didnt even know that much about my camera because it is so old. I will definitely purchase from them again and call them for assistance when needed."

"This company has great customer service. I accidentally donated my camcorder power cord with some items we gave away. I entered in the model number of my camcorder but was still concerned that I may not get the right cord. I have ordered online items from various companies only to find out the wrong item was shipped or the item was not as advertised. When that occurs it is a huge hassle and waste of money to send it back (and some companies won't take items back). Someone named (Maurice I think that was his name) called to confirm I purchased the correct cord and assured me that would be all I needed to make my camcorder work. This was before my ordered was shipped. I was really impressed that took the time to call me. Most places won't bother to go the extra mile and I Gagdet Now did just that. My camcorder is working great. This was a whole lot cheaper than buying a new camcorder. Thank you for taking the time to call me to be sure the order was correct. Awesome customer service! "

"I ordered online, and received a personal call to verify my camera model so as to have the correct part sent. The person was helpful, and courteous. I received the parts for the camera before I expected them! I was so happy with the service, I called their sales line looking for another accessory a few days later. The young man said he would research it, and call me back. He called within minutes! They had the part at a very affordable rate, so I ordered it. This company is helpful, professional, and trustworthy. Normally,an online store does not have this personal touch. I am already a repeat costumer."

"Very impressed with the personal service. My order was scheduled to take a few weeks and they actually called me to offer something that would do the same task but was in stock. (Price was the same) I was not in a hurry and didn't mind waiting. Product came as scheduled. They also followed up to see if I was happy with the product. Not a level of service that one expects from an internet experience."

"I highly recommend "I Gadget Now" for great service and excellent products. I recently purchased a camera charger for my Nikon camera. Concerned that I had the cable necessary to use with the charger, I received a call to make certain my needs were met. That call surprised me as no other merchant would be so considerate. "I Gadget Now" is a 5 star company in my view."

"I was pleased to find a place that had the battery I needed at such a good price. Shipping was reasonable and fast. They were easy to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Would I buy from them again?.......YES! "

"I lost a power cord and AC adapter to a device and had difficulty locating the proper adapter even after calling the manufacturer. I emailed I Gadget with battery# and received the adapter promptly. Maurice tried contacting me with questions about my device to be sure, but I was unavailable. I thought it was the wrong adapter, but of course, it was not! Maurice was a true gentleman and said he would replace it or return my money. He could have been rude and this could have gone badly, but I was impressed with the professionalism and excellent service I received even though I was wrong. Do you think I'll continue shopping here? Absolutely! Thanks Maurice and I Gadget."
