After placing a large order for camera battery chargers they were not able to immediately fill, they called me promptly and gave me several helpful options to suit my needs. They suggested suitable alternatives, and also offered to ship what stock they did have while they ordered additional units of what I had originally wanted. It\u0027s unusual to find online retailers who bend over backwards to help you out. I needed a charger for our new camera as our daughter having a similar camera claimed the only we could find as belonging to her camera. I Gadget Now had exactly what I was looking for and at a much more reasonable price than listed in camera shops or big box stores. So I thought I\u0027d give them a try and placed an order. The next day I got a call from a sales associate asking if I had seen the car adapter. Since I bought the charger, the car adapter was being offered at 1\/2 price so I took ordered one of those too. Very helpful and I received my stuff in few short days! I would highly recommend I Gadget Now. I then tried another replacement sight that took my order but called the next morning to tell me they were out of the product and it would be six weeks before they could deliver and then proceeded to try to upgrade me to another manufactor\u0027s product that cost more that the Canon original part. Then I found I Gadget Now. They verified they had the product in stock and the cost was 34% of Canon\u0027s price for the same original Canon part. I was kept informed during the processing and shipping of the order andreceived it prior to the date promissed. It was exactly what I ordered. "I received EXCELLENT service from I Gadget Now. I needed a battery charger for my Nikon pocket camera in a hurry, as I was packing to leave for a month in Africa. Not only did I order the recharger for the camera, but the company suggested another battery, which I was very glad I bought. And, they were able to confirm that the larger capacity memory card would work in my camera. Turns out, the new card was large enough for ALL my 1000+ pictures! And, they asked if I would like to have a recharger that did not require the battery to be in my camera. YES, that is exactly what I wanted. It was a life saver! And, everything arrived well before I left for my trip. Prices were competitive. I will use them again, and I recommend them to anyone who asks. "
