Since this fan was an out of box defective unit purchased within the last 30 days, we would be happy to swap this out for a working unit by issuing you an RMA and paying for return postage to our address. I will have our customer service department reply to you with the required information. We are sorry that the mfg does not have parts available for the unit.”
