I will continue to use Home Security Store for all my security equipment because of the excellent service provided. I\u0027ve found the sales personnel to be professional and courteous with their customers and very knowledgeable about their products. The technical support personnel will answer questions and give instructions at the customer\u2019s level so that it is easily understood. The Home Security Store web site is easy to navigate and displayed well, showing products with their compatible products on the same page. I always receive my orders on time, well packaged and in excellent working condition. I was able to install my system myself with their help and with lifetime support on their products. The cost was about a third of what it would of cost me elsewhere. The savings didn\u0027t stop there though; I was able to get a monitoring service at a wholesale price for about a third of what it cost locally and about a tenth of what it would cost with the big THREE and still receive the same type of service, thanks to Home Security Store web site. I recieved the new unit and it did not have the 600\u0027 range as adverstised. I called support and they admitted that the new units did not have the range as older units. He admitted that because they were still advertised as such that they would pay (send a shipping label) for the return. This was good and I ordered a DCMA 2500 that he reconmended. I never recieved the promised shipping label so I had to pay to have it returned. The new unit works good but I am out $6.95 for original shipping and $14.05 to return it. "I've ordered more than once, and while I've had good luck, I've also been left high and dry by insufficient website information. I recently purchased some window alarms and am sending them back because the Home Security website didn't mention they needed to work with a (presumably expensive) control panel. I hope I get my money back, as the Home Security Store doesn't include return instructions, either. So, my biggest suggestion is that the Home Security Store put some real time into product descriptions. Thanks for asking."
