"The shower valve I ordered came wrapped in a drop cloth bag, not a factory sealed box.It wasn't even the one I ordered, but a cheaper model. I was willing to keep it, if I would get refunded the difference. Home Perfect never returned my calls,or e-mails to correct the mistake. So I shipped item back. A month goes by and still no response. After more calls a guy from India does answer. After ten minutes of trying to communicate with him I got my money refunded. Shame on Home Perfect for using these people. "

"If you know absolutely what you want, Home Perfect is the perfect place to get the best price. But, PLEASE, be sure before you order. If you have to make a return, Home Perfect turns into a labyrinth of rules, regulations, and delays. I returned a sink on April 9, 2012. I got confirmation that UPS delivered the sink on April 10, 2012. It is now August 20, 2012. Nearly five months have passed, and I have yet to see a credit to my charge card. I reminded them again on August 1, 2012, via e-mail. A customer service representative asked me to send the credit card information along, which I did. Twenty-eight days later, NO CREDIT. Here's an update: Right after submitting this review, I finally got someone on the phone, who directed me to the president of the company! He sounded truly horrified that my return fell through the cracks. He immediately processed a full refund, waiving the restocking fee I had expected to pay. He gave me his personal phone extension, just in case anything went wrong in the credit transaction. It didn't, and now I'm a somewhat satisfied customer. Wish I persisted on the phone route earlier. "
"When dealing with a reseller, you have to expect that there may be some delays with receiving order, whether it be items shipping separately due to availability. Or perhaps it's a slower response time due to inclement weather, as was the case in this situation. When I wasn't able to get the answers I needed regarding a particular order from Customer Service, I contacted Alex Teller at HomePerfect directly and he was able to provide me with the information I needed pertaining to the delivery of my order. Not only was he sincere in his interest in helping resolve my issue, but he took the time to confirm whether or not my order would be out for delivery the following day. Unbeknownst to me until after our conversation, I came to realize that Alex is the President of HomePerfect! Clearly he takes an invested interest in how efficient his business is run, leading by example. "
"Be careful, they sell used/returned items. I recently bought a Grohe kitchen faucet which had concrete pieces in the hoses. I had a licensed plumber install the faucet which meant I had to pay him twice as much since he had to clean it out first. When I called customer service I was told to send an email to them addressing my problem,which I did. The Customer Service Manager (promptly) wrote back to send them a photograph of the item when it was first opened -so that she could look into it-!! I would only take a picture if I had anticipated a problem. However, I did kept the gravel/ concrete which was in the faucet, I can send them that.... The picture would not contain that to prove it was in the hose!!Without that they cannot do anything, however, were willing to give me a 5% discount if I would buy another item from their website, for the inconvenience this has caused!?!SO BEWARE, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS!I would not trust Home Perfect again!"
"Horrible customer service. Tried twice online to get a return authorization with NO contact in return. Had to call and the woman who I spoke to was horrendous. I let her know we would dispute with AMEX the restocking fee but would pay the freight. She told me to go ahead because they "spend a lot more money with AMEX than (I) do"...class act Home Perfect. THEY ARE A RESELLER THAT DOES NOT STOCK ITEMS(THEY ORDER FROM OTHER WAREHOUSES THAT CHARGE THEM RESTOCKING FEES) EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS "IN STOCK"... GO TO A VALID RETAILER WITH REASONABLE RETURN POLICIES...THANK GOODNESS ALL I ORDERED WAS A $60 ITEM...I WILL EBAY IT FOR MORE!"
"Home Perfect has no customer service. I was notified by email that the item I ordered was back ordered and not available for 3 weeks or more. Trying to call their customer service number yielded a voicemail. Online chat which is shown as an option does not exist. It drives you to email with a promise of a response on 24 to 48 hours. Prices are good and fulfillment is OK when they have your item but customer service is non-existent. There are lots of other choices online and I am never going to pick this one again. "
"I was very pleased with the quality of the product and service at Home Perfect and recommend them highly. I worked with Alex, who spent quite a bit of time on the phone ( in the course of more than two phone calls)filling me in on the details of the product. He was very knowledgeable about the products and extrememly helpful in helping me research the availability of items, design issues, as I called without knowing exactly what I wanted.The product arrived in a very short time, was well packaged and exactly as described. The prices cannot be beat. "
"On 7-11-12 I ordered an item from Home Perfect online. A day later I noticed that the item was not available, so I called and spoke to someone an was told that Item was on back order for 3 to 4 weeks. Since I needed the item immediately I asked if he could cancel the order and he said yes, but it would take 2 to 3 days for my refund to be applied back to my Credit Card. I assumed the order had been cancelled so I did nothing else. That same week I received an email telling me that the item I had ordered was shipped and was given a tracking number. I immediately called and was told there was no record of my call cancelling the item and I could refuse the order when it arrived, but I would be charged a re-stocking fee of $25.00. I normally always get the name of the person I'm speaking to, but this is the 1 time I failed to do that. I am very unhappy about my problem, but I guess that's why I don't like to order online instead of going to a store. As it turns out I got the same item at Sears for less money. 'I am a business woman and when I have a complaint I either send a new flower arrangement or refund the cusomter's money and I don't charge them a re stocking fee. "
"I have been very pleased with the prices and service I have received so far. My largest order is in process. I am remodeling a master bath and have calculated that I will save over $1000 with Homr Perfect."
"Having my master bathroom remodeled called for all new sink/tub/toilet/towel fixtures. I chose Home Perfect because they had the best prices. My experience with them was a disaster. When ordering, I was told most items were in but one towel holder and the tub faucet would be on back order, which was not a problem. I called a month later,when the items should have been in and was told the faucet was still not in but would be there within 10 days. When I called 10 days later, I was told the item hadn't been shipped yet, but would arrive soon...or maybe it was there but the warehouse hadn't checked it in yet. I needed the faucets so I told Adam, my salesperson, that I was going to see if I could get the faucet on line from another company, which I did. He said he would cancel that item from my order, credit my account, and ship everything else to me the following week. When the items arrived, there was the faucet, which he was supposed to cancel along with the wrong M-Pack valve. So that I wouldn't have to stall the remodeling any longer, I had my plumber alter the valve and Adam sent info on how to return the unwanted faucet at no cost to me. He kept assuring me that the money for the faucet would be credited to my account. I expected to gave my money refunded when Home Perfect received the item. That never happened. I called Home Perfect a number of times and sent Adam and Dick an email asking when I would receive my refund. Adam responded in email, asking if I had the routing number, and that was the end of his contact with me. The website did say that it could take three months to get a refund, so I waited over three months. I still hadn't heard anything from Adam so I contacted his supervisor. She was wonderful. She was very apologetic and immediately refunded the $193 to my account. Had it not been for her, I don't think I would ever have gotten my money back. "

"THE WORST BUSINESS EVER. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, JUST A NIGHTMARE, THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS.SO UNPROFESSIONAL and ANTI-BUSINESS, UNBELIEVABLE.I rated 1 star because it is the minimum but sincerely they deserve minus 5 stars.I placed an order over their website, didn't receive any confirmation, wrote an email to know about my order, didn't receive an answer, called them checking after my order that they didn't find in their system, I placed a new order over the phone and I received 2 times the same item, and was charged twice. I called them again and returned one of them. GUESS WHAT ? They charged me $100 of restocking fees, that they don't want to reimburse. First I though it was a misunderstanding, I wrote an email that they didn't answer and then I called the customer service that didn't want to refund the money, then I talked to the manager, Adam and this one was the worst, even telling me that I was only charged for one item. The product seems nice, even if I don't use it yet.I am not used to write reviews but this company is pushing too far, stay away from them if you want to deal with honest people."
"Worst Internet reseller I have ever tried using. Item was originally back ordered "1-2 weeks", then status changed to "processing" after 1 week. 5 weeks later, when I called, they told me it was now backordered another 3 weeks. I called the manufacturer to find out if the item was in short supply, they said that Home Perfect was not an authorized reseller and there was plenty of product at authorized resellers. When I tried to cancel the order, they said it would take 24 hours. 3 days later I was still waiting, had to call them back and it took half an hour to get the cancellation "approved". During 6 weeks Home Perfect never answered any email messages. Wait time on hold for customer service was always at least 15 minutes. Some e-mail messages sent by them sent contained improper or inaccurate English. Finally got a cancellation approved 5 days ago, but am still waiting for the credit to post on my Visa account.I ordered from Quality Bath instead. Item shipped within 3 days, and cost less than Home Perfect's price.I wouldn't use Home Perfect again if they were the only company on earth with the product I wanted. I think they are doing business as a bait-and-switch type of company who will charge your Visa card and use the money for 6 weeks until you find out they never intended to ship in the first place. They should be blacklisted from doing business on the Internet"
"I ordered the Ginger 6ft.shower rod in Polished nickel.It aarrived in a cardboard tube with ends just taped.Rod was not covered in any type of protective cover.Even paper would have helped.The item was free to slide around.There was a 6 inch gouge on one end.I cut this off,because I had to shorten for my use.But there where several other smaller scratches.These rods are not cheap and should be packaged much better"
