"deceptive marketing, poor customer service. An item I ordered was delivered with out parts, making it totally unuseable. When I went on the website to check the listing. It was gone. The listing said I bought the LAST ONE. It is a discontinued item. When I disputed the charge, the listing magically re-appeared, or course this one stated that the parts were not included and must be purchased separately, but they dont have them, or the original item I purchased. I am not stupid, I checked the listing when I purchased and checked it again when my item arrived un-useable. The deception here runs deep. And the restock fee is the highest I have ever seen in my life, 25% PLUS freight both ways. PS. the SALES dept treats you great, everything else is like a used car lot"

"We placed 2 orders with HomePerfect because they had the best price. The first was for Hansgrohe valves and trims for 3 tubs. The second order was spouts for two of those tubs. Both orders arrived quickly, and were very well packaged.
The products in the first order were great, but BOTH spouts had manufacturing defects (gouges in the metal before chroming). I called HomePerfect and they asked for pictures of the defects.
I emailed pictures and HomePerfect arranged for FedEx to pick up the spouts the next day. They credited my full purchase amount back a few days after they received them.
I wanted replacements but by then they were backordered so I had to buy eleswhere (for a higher cost)."
"Needed to get a showerhead (Alson) which is no longer produced. Delta has bought them out and now carries the same style--except for the hose..Really wan't the Alson one. Looked all over the internet and most places had no stock. Luck for me Home Perfect did. Ordering was simple and delivery right when predicted. Thanks!"

Christy, no matter what my question is, goes above and beyond and does not give me a hard time for not knowing much about plumbing. She always has a positive attitude and is always very helpful. If she knows its going to take time to give me an answer, she calls me back rather than having me hold for 30 minutes. "What a wonderful surprise this merchant was! I ordered $1900 worth of shower parts on Thursday and received an email confirming the order within an hour. There were two items indicated as on backorder in the email, so I called customer service to cancel those parts assuming they would arrive too late for my project. I was placed on hold for a few minutes while my order was being retrieved (the music is pretty lame). I was able to cancel the backorder parts and within another hour, my credit card was reimbursed for the cancelled items. On Saturday (two days later), I received all the remaining parts in perfect condition, via Fedex. Did I mention that shipping was free? Finally, the prices for my shower parts were 40% off of the local plumbing supply house prices for the exact same items. The best that Amazon could do was 25% off. I would highly recommend Home Perfect and will shop there again."

"Homeperfect is easily the WORST online company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a shower from them specifically because their site stated that the item would be shipped in "24-48 business hours" which was faster than other online stores offering the same product. A couple days later a brief email was sent by homeperfect stating that the shower I purchased was now back ordered. I immediately called the company with the intentions of cancelling my order, but was persuaded to wait a couple of days because I was assured that they could contact the supplier and ship the item within a week so consequently I made scheduling arrangements with my contractor for this estimated ship date. Another two weeks came and went and I still didn't have the shower. I sent emails (because I could not get through to anyone on the customer service phone lines) and didn't receive a response until a week later and it was a useless one sentence response stating that my order would be shipped in 24 hrs, LIES. Bottom line the customer service reps should have just told me that they could not get the shower delivered in a timely fashion instead of exaggerating about the ship date. I ordered on MARCH 8th and didn't get the shower until APRIL 16TH!!! and this whole time the product page on their site still stated that the item would be shipped within 48 business hours. I ordered everything else for my renovation at other online stores that were efficient and pleasant to deal with, Homeperfect could use some business lessons from them."
