“We are embarrassed that we shipped out a knife with a missing screw in the sheath. We spoke to this customer the following morning and have shipped out a replacement screw right away via Priority mail. We have let both you and ourselves down and are deeply sorry for this mishap.”

The knife I ordered is nice, but there is one screw missing from the sheath provided from Microtech. The website states \u0022 Every knife (not an exaggeration) is inspected thoroughly prior to shipment to ensure no defective products slip through the cracks\u0022....I guess mine was the exception. A call to Hollow Grind and Microtech will hopefully resolve the issue.
