Had we been behind the manufacture and sharpening of this product, your 1 star review would be deserved; however, you stated that the knife arrived on time and packaged nicely; which sounds like 5 star service. We are also knife collectors and would never want to be stuck with a knife we didn't like; hence our lenient return policy. Please feel free to contact us to obtain a pre-paid shipping label from us to return your knife. Once received, we will issue a full refund.”
