“We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the knife you purchased. We stand behind the products we sell; so we aren't happy if you aren't happy. Had we been behind the manufacture and sharpening of this product, your 1 star review would be deserved; however, you stated that the knife arrived on time and packaged nicely; which sounds like 5 star service. We are also knife collectors and would never want to be stuck with a knife we didn't like; hence our lenient return policy. Please feel free to contact us to obtain a pre-paid shipping label from us to return your knife. Once received, we will issue a full refund.”

I ordered the knife on Sunday, and got it delivered to my door on Wednesday of the same week- phenomenal! I was very impressed with the layout of the website and responsiveness of the hollowgrind team. Product shipped fast- and was everything I expected when I opened the box. The knife is perfect.
