"Buying anything on the internet can be risky, especially something expensive like the Samsung 40" LCD TV, model # LN-T4053H that I ordered fron hideflifestyle.com. So it was a huge relief to have the TV shipped 2,000 miles and the shipping box and the TV looked factory perfect. It shipped two days after I ordered it, as stated on the website. I was given a tracking number, so I knew what was happening, and when to expect the TV. Of course the price was great. The only websites that were close to HiDef's price were rip-off artists and scammers from Crooklyn, N.Y. People, avoid Crooklyn resellers like the plague. And forget about Worst Buy, and their $300 extra profit for absolutely nothing. They are greedy. Just get it from HiDefLifestyle.

Prior to this review, there were only three reviews for hideflifestyle here on the great resellerratings.com. So what I based my buying decision on was the low price and that hideflifestyle had 300 good reviews on amazon.com, even though most or all of those reviews were regarding items of far less value than a $1,479 TV. As a way of thanking the reviewers and potential purchasers here on resellerratings.com, I planned on posting here whether my buying experience was spectacular, horrible, or anywhere in between. Hideflifestlye.com is highly recommended."

"I ordered a DVD player and it was not shipped doubled boxed. They just slapped a shipping label on the DVD player box. Very poor packaging/shipping.

I also emailed them about a price adjustment since the price went down right after I placed my order, but the email was never responded to. I had to call them to inquire about this and was told that they will not do a price adjustment-so Hidef Lifestyle will not even honor their own listed pricing which is *very* unscrupulous and shady!

Based on this bad experience in more than one aspect of my order, I will never order anything from Hidef Lifestyle again and absolutely do not recommend them at all."

"Ordered Toshiba Gigabeat S 30. At the time I ordered, they had the best price online by at least $20. Their website provided shipping charges before ordering. I had never heard of them, but the reviews on here were good. I ordered the product after midnight PST. When I got up the next morning, I had order confirmation, order processed, and an order shipped email with UPS tracking #!
Product arrived a day ahead of schedule, well packed, new in box.
Fast, easy transaction. Great price, fantastic service. Highly recommend."

"I've ordered from a lot of online sites, some good, some not so good. hideflifestyle.com is GREAT! Ordered a Samsung 40" Lcd TV from them, got all my questions answered,ordered on a Thursday, and received my TV the next day without paying any extra shipping costs! They say they have seven warehouses across the country for the fastest delivery times possible."
