"I had a very positive experience with Herman Street. Unfortunately, I purchased software that did not work. Their technical assistance person CALLED me! She waled me through some steps. When the problem could not be easily resolved, she sent me to the software maker's site (not good service there). When the final solution was finally discovered - my computer was incompatible with the software, the Herman Street tech immediately issues a refund on m money - no arguments, not paperwork. Amazing!"
