Some brown paper provided enough padding considering the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme cpu cooler was well protected in its\u0027 box. I cut the round tape tabs myself on the retail box, then noticed the inner heatsink box had been opened. That scared me. I\u0027ve looked the outer retail box over and have to think I got a factory seal. The heatsink hardware plastic bags had been opened as well and that was REALLY scary. Happy ending though; it\u0027s all there, the cooler is perfect with original plastic on the base and unopened Chill Factor thermal compound. I have dealt with hundreds of vendors and not a single one of them can match the quality service Heatsink Factory produces. <br><br>I ordered a Noctua heatsink and unfortunately it didn\u0027t perform the way I had anticipated (not Heatsink Factory\u0027s fault). I emailed them asking if they had any suggestions on how I could improve the cooling. They were great at offering suggestions and when I decided that the heatsink wasn\u0027t going to work, they offered to take care of me, no questions asked.<br><br>They are very prompt to respond and a complete class act.
