The customer service person was nice enough but said she could do nothing about reimbursing at least part of the shipping cost. The whole point of this purchase was for that 1st item that was priced reasonably. I not only could not get this but was given no time to cancel the other item and thus paid an awful lot for something I would have been happy to do without. I will not shop at this site again.
