"Very disappointing that I placed my order on 2/4/12, it took three phone calls and until 2/22/12 to get my order shipped, something that was in stock. I was told it was a flaw with your system. Orders paid with Paypal were not printed in wherehouse, at least that is what I was told. There should be some type of audit to identify oders with stock items that have not shipped. Dont leave it to three phone calls from a frustrated customer to get it resolved."

"I placed an order with HandHelditems on 10/21. I contacted them and opened a case on 11/3 because my item was not delivered (FedEx lost the package). They said they were going to get back with me. I contacted them again on 11/8 because FedEx sent HandHeldItems the money for the lost item. HandHeldItems assured me (on 11/9) that was correct and they would send me a replacement. I contacted them again on 11/16 with no returned message. I contacted them again on January 11 and they said they will still have to get an update from their warehouse. I contacted them again on January 18 to just get a refund instead of a replacement. They returned an email stating I would be getting a refund within 24-48 hours. I contacted them again on Feb. 1st because I still do not have my item or refund and they are no longer replying to me."
"Worst experience EVER! I bought and paid for three items from them. I figured (lol naive me for that) since they are in the same state as me I would receive them in a timely manner. I did get 3-5 day delivery just in case. I have spent the last 7 days back and fourth with a guy Art. He claims in every email he has contacted someone about my order and I received a email that I had a tracking/conformation number that when I put it into the usps.com tracking site only states that the item was expected for them on the 27th of last month. This business is not worth a second or even a first look. They are unwilling to talk to customers about what is really going on. I don't think they ever had intentions to send my products but instead try to string me along as long as they could. As far as I'm concerned buyer beware this site sucks."
"Ordered my items on 1/9, had my credit card charged on 1/10. 2 weeks later, with the order still pending, I had to inquire as to the status of the order. Was told at that time that they would confirm with the warehouse and let me know. Over a week later after no response, I had to inquire again only to find out that the order has been cancelled with no notification to me. Was also informed at that time that I would not be refunded for at least 7 business days. So after they sat on my money for a month and cancelled my order with no communication, I must wait another 7 business days to use that money to buy the replacement from a better site. Good thing this wasn't a gift that I needed by a specific date; oh wait, yes it was.
Will never use this site again and will encourage friends to spend a bit more to use a more trustworthy site."
