"On May 27, 2013, I ordered a digital camera online to be shipped to my home. I charged item to my HH Gregg Charge Card. To date, merchandise has not been received nor have I been notified of shipping date or expected delivery. "

"I PURCHASED THE Proscan 24" TV THAT WAS ON SALE. AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE ON-LINE, I DECIDED TO CHANGE TO A SET WITH A BUILT-IN DVD PLAYER. A YOUNG SALESMAN TRIED TO ASSIST ME, BUT THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. IN GOING TO THE CUSTOMER SVC DESK TO CANCEL THE ORDER, FIRST OF ALL THERE WAS A HUDDLE OF ABOUT 6-SALESMEN/SALES MGR. THE CASHIER DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PROCESS THE TRANSACTION, SO SHE HAD TO INTERRUPT ONE OF THE MGRS. I FELT THE MGR COULD HAVE AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGED ME AND POSSIBLY OFFERED ANOTHER ITEM, BUT HE DIDN'T. AS A RETIRED SALES PERSON, YOU ALWAYS MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO TRY TO APPEASE THE CUSTOMER. THIS MGR NEVER EVEN ASKED ME IF I FOUND EVERYTHING OK...NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WHATSOEVER! MAKES ONE THINK YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING WITH H.H.GREGG AND MADE FOR A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR ME. WITH COMPETITION EVERYWHERE, I THINK YOUR SALES TEAM NEEDS TO BE MORE CUSTOMER FOCUSED IF YOU ARE GOING TO STAY IN THE GAME"

"When I ordered the product I recieved a email noting that the product had arrived at the store and was ready for pick up. Once i was there and asked about the purchase being ready, I was told it was not there and would have to call later in the day to see if my order had come in to pick up, so i had to call back and see if my order was ready and it finally was ready "

" I received the delivery;however the Lexmark ink cartridge XL 100 does not work. Error message says" Black cartridge is missing" when I insert it.NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!"

"I ordered the camera and decided to go with shipping to the store so that I would receive it in a timely manner. Well, I have yet to receive an email that it has arrived at the store, and it has been 7 days!!!"

"I was in the h.h. gregg store three times and was treated differenctly each time. The first time I was ignored by the sales staff. I shopped about a half hour and at no time did anyone approach me. I was able to see what I wanted as it was on display and since no one was willing to help me I went home and placed my order on the internet. I got wonderful service from the internet. Multiple emails letting me know the status of my order. On Saturday, I went to the store just to check that both orders were ready. I got excellent customer service from a manager. I actually thought maybe I am wrong about this store. The next day I came in to pick up my order and while the desk salesman was polite, I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the warehouse man to bring my order to the front door. The salesperson noticed me about 3 minutes before the warehouseman appreared and offered to get my order. The store was not busy. Many of the sales staff were chatting with each other. Waiting 15 minutes when no one is busy is too long. The warehouseman was non appologetic and seemed to have had a bad day dealing with customers. I understand, customers are ofter hard to deal with, but an appolgy form making me wait would have gone a long way.

Again kudos to the young manager on Saturday. I appreciated your time and attention. I realize you were not there during the other two visits. "
