HD charged my credit card before they items had shown shipped. I called the company to inquire as to when my order would be shipped. HD wasn\u0027t open during the hours they advertised on the voice mail message, I then emailed HD, no reply & still no reply! When I finally spoke to someone at HD, the woman suggested I must have typed the wrong email address on my order? I read revews and thought maybe I\u0027d have better luck than some of the other reviewers ..... the first Apple iPhone 3GS cover I received was scratched and pattern discolored. HDAccessory said to pick another cover and they would send to me -- I did but they sent me a completely different one; however, I accepted it. Two weeks later, the replacement cover cracked on the back side... literally came apart. I did not drop it or damage it in any way so I knew it wasn\u0027t my fault. Wrote to HDAccessory again and they basically said you\u0027re SOL -- your order is over 30 days old, you\u0027ve have one replacement, no refund or replacement! The message on my phone was that it was incompatible. I immediately contacted HDAccessory.com and they wanted photos of the error message. Then they wanted me to ship the product back to them for testing, at my expense. So, now I have paid to ship this item twice. Guess what? They said the product was fine, so I could either have it back (shipped at my expense for a 3rd time), or have a refund. I, of course opted for a refund, and then I never heard from them again. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal and after quite a long while, was able to get a refund of the original cost of the product. Of course, I was still out for shipping it twice, which they didn\u0027t care one bit about.<br><br>I read the reviews AFTER I made my order and prayed they were not accurate. Unfortunately, they were. This company is horrible and should be shut down. But I have to say I love this company!! I got my order in 3 days (I ordered on a Friday and got my stuff on Monday)!!! I have never received an order so fast. I purchased a hard cover for my new iphone and a car charger. Both came in mint condition and in the proper packaging. The phone cover did seem a little cheap, but i still love it and it fit my phone perfectly. I also tested out the car charger and it works perfect. After I read all the reviews, and before I got my order, I decided to try and call them to see if I could even get in touch with somebody. I admit the first time I called, I got a busy signal. But I called back 10 seconds after that, and a very friendly rep answered the phone. I don\u0027t know but maybe the company reformed itself due to all the bad reviews from customers? "I brought the item as a Christmas gift. It was supposed to be mailed on 12/18 as 2-3 days first class mail. Up till today, 12/27, I have not received the item or reply to my emails and phone calls.
Not sure I will buy from this outlet again."
