"I ordered on December. 28 regular mail service. It showed shipped on the 30 th. Post office was closed January 2, My package was waiting at the Post office onJanuary 3. small product were new first class materials and exceeded my expectations I would recommend this supplier based on my experience. It is troubling that reviewing other suppliers site, and the negative comment ,well many of the comments were almost word for word the same as for this supplier. It seems that not only can you hire firms to give good reports but your competitor can hire firm to supply negative reports. Well buying online is getting more complicated."
"I purchase two Ipad 2 covers. When I received them both over a week later I opened up the package to both and the worst STENCH ever was all over both products. Top it all off, the smell remained on my hands. I soaked them both in a bucket with fabric softener to no avail. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!"
"I ordered a couple of products from HDAccessory on December 27th and paid expedited shipping...Today, January 3, 2012 I finally received what I purchased. Problem being they charged me $25.93 for regular mail shipping...They owe me money back on the shipping...I can't get ahold of anyone there because the phone is always busy...I guess the California Better business Bureau will be getting a call."

"I won't order from this company again. I didn't receive an email that my order had been shipped (the web page said I would). HD charged my credit card before they items had shown shipped. I called the company to inquire as to when my order would be shipped. HD wasn't open during the hours they advertised on the voice mail message, I then emailed HD, no reply & still no reply! When I finally spoke to someone at HD, the woman suggested I must have typed the wrong email address on my order? Really!!.. I did receive my items (2) just a few days later, they are exactly what I ordered & appear to look just fine.I'm just happy I didn't have a major problem with HD because I don't think they are a good company for resolving customer's problems."

I ordered several items from Amazon at the same time and most arrived on the same day as the shipment from HDAccessory.com. Prices are great, but no free shipping. The shipping charges are reasonable."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HDAccessory.com!!! I read revews and thought maybe I'd have better luck than some of the other reviewers ..... the first Apple iPhone 3GS cover I received was scratched and pattern discolored. HDAccessory said to pick another cover and they would send to me -- I did but they sent me a completely different one; however, I accepted it. Two weeks later, the replacement cover cracked on the back side... literally came apart. I did not drop it or damage it in any way so I knew it wasn't my fault. Wrote to HDAccessory again and they basically said you're SOL -- your order is over 30 days old, you've have one replacement, no refund or replacement! Not satisfied with the response because now I'm 0 for 2, I just called them again and was told by Elyssa that the item has to arrive damaged to be replaced. So people, heed the reviewers warnings, wish I had done so..."

"there is no way i will ever buy from them again! ordered two cases for iPhone4 and screen protector. case 1 wouldn't fit with a hammer, case 2 was wrong item. screen protector was 1/2 the size of screen. wrote them and got the "send picture, get initials from packing slip, jump through more hoops response". You dont know the item is defective until you open the package. when filling out the return form you are told that they do not accept anything that has been opened. Whom ever gave them a 4 star rating must work for the company. all i can say is BUYER BEWARE!"
"I ordered a i pod case from this company and when i received it , it was defective and i wrote them an e-mail explaining the problem and their response was "to send them a pic of the defective item". I sent them a pic and they argued with me back and forth about the product. When i asked them for a refund they made me fill out this huge long form and were going to tae 25% off the price. It was absoltely ridiclous. I ended up just having them send me a new one instead. It was such a hassle and i WILL NOT buy from this company ever again!!"
