"I have had several experiences with them and initially posted a mixed review but I just changed it to reflect their latest call to me regarding a customer service issue. Most of my transactions with them have gone smoothly. I had one that was a hassle mainly due to the FFL we shipped it to having a problem with the order. I tried contacting them but being overwhelmed with phone calls and customer service requests around Christmas & Cyber Monday caused delays. My first purchase was a Springfield XDs that was sold at a great price and was shipped as advertised and works like a charm. The second was a Walther PPS as a gift to my father. The problem was that my name was on the shipment and he could not pick it up at his FFL. This was frustrating since I spoke with the FFL prior to purchase and they said it was fine but later in the day after I placed the order the FFL changed their story. GrabAGun advertises that they will cancel an order free of charge if you do it within 24-48 hours. The one problem I had was that when I tried to cancel I called them, emailed them and faxed them numerous times within that 48 hours and could never reach anyone to cancel it. When I finally did reach them it was after it had already shipped. They understood the situation, apologized for not being able to be reached in that time but they had been very busy with holiday business and they agreed to refund my money when the gun was returned for a 4% restocking fee (which is 1/2 the normal 8%) as a way of making it up which seemed more than fair to me. I was initially a little frustrated when I tried to reach them again to find status of refund after the New Year but evidently the holidays and the gun buying craze after Sandy Hook had them overwhelmed. What I was happy to see was that as soon as they saw my initial review which was 3/5 they called me right up and told me the credit had already been issued and I should be seeing it any day. They wanted to solve any problems I had. They explained how busy it has been and offered to do whatever they could in the future to help me make future purchases easier. Since that time I have ordered a Walther magazine from them which was the best price I could find anywhere and it shipped right after New Years. I am waiting for it to arrive now. My best guess is that if you order something and it can all happen in the automated fashion they are set up for it is you won't be disappointed. Just beware that right now Sandy Hook and the holidays have created a frenzy with most all these online stores and there may be a delay in getting customer service to help solve problems. I will keep these guys on the top of my list though. Best prices and shipping I have seen and they seem honest about trying to make sure each order goes well."

"*** This is an update to the review below: Less than an hour after posting the review below, Marc from Grabagun called me. He saw this post and apologized for my troubles. He processed my refunds while I was on the phone. He also offered me a discount on my next purchase. I appreciate his efforts, just wished it could have been a little sooner. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I was a customer of Grabagun for about 15 days, placing 4 different orders and spending about $1500. Two of the orders went smoothly and the other two where complete failures.

The first one, I ordered a tactical light along with sights. The sights arrived but no tactical light. After sending an email to them, Marc replied back saying that there was a problem with their recent shipment of lights and that I was refunded. Still confused, I emailed them again for an further explanation and to state that I have not received a refund. John replied back. He gave no explanation and said I should be getting a refund soon. A week goes by...no refund. I did a little research and I pulled up the tactical light on their website. It was in stock and listed for much more than what I paid. I suspect they cancelled my order because they mislabeled the price and instead of having the common decency to admit their mistake and perhaps give me a discount on my next order,they tell me lies and leave me in the dark. And by the way, I still haven't got my refund after nearly 3 weeks.

During this time I had another order pending for a high cap mag. I sent them another email asking about my refund for the above order and to check on the status of the order pending. John replies back saying that they cancelled the order for the high cap mag and it will be refunded...hahaha! What a joke. I'm assuming that they where tired of dealing with me, OR they sold me something they didn't actually have in stock. Either way, TERRIBLE customer service.

John and Marc were polite in their replies, but just handled the situations awfully by being evasive. Yes, Grabagun prices are very competitive. However, it's like the old saying goes: "Cheap for a reason." "

"With all the price gouging taking place these days, it is refreshing to do business with a place like Grabagun. I recently purchased a handgun and Colt 6920 from them between Christmas and New Years. Shipping was extremely prompt and the pricing was at pre-panic of 2012 levels.

They very easily could have jacked up their prices on certain items by 50% or more, but they did not. It speaks volumes about their character and business practices.

They have earned my loyalty and will be the first place I go to for all my firearm related needs."

"I can't say enough great things about this company. Just got my order and the process was seamless. And that is amazing to me, especially with how back logged all the companies in this category are. I called in a few times requesting a status on my order and the customer service department was very helpful in getting updates for me. I also agree with another reviewer on here that with all the price gouging going on, GrabAGun continues to keep their prices much lower than anyone else and fair. Two thumbs up!"

"Placed an order over 10 business days ago on December 7, 2012 and still have no response as to what is really going on with my order.

I contacted Grabagun.com via email on December 13th, 2012 because my order was still showing up as "Processing." I was informed by Matt the same day that they didn't have the FFL information, even though that was selected during checkout. So, I email them back the FFL information and was assured by Matt that the item would ship to the FFL information provided.

I email them again today December 20, 2012 and I'm informed by John that Grabagun.com still doesn't have my FFL information, when I was assured by Matt that the FFL information was correct and would be shipped.

Also, I would have been more than happen to speak over the phone, but calling the phone number gets your no where. I've have not been able to reach anyone over the phone, just straight to being hung up on after waiting on hold for 15 mins."

"Great customer service. I placed an order on 12/18/12 and had to cancel my order ASAP as I was a little too trigger-happy with the credit card, no pun intended. I contacted these guys via Facebook and within 10 min my order was canceled and my credit card was refunded. Top notch customer service. In addition, you cannot beat their prices and shipping! I shopped around a lot, all the usual suspects, and these guys are the best around. Only complaint would be that they are difficult to get a hold of over the phone but I'm chalking that up to how busy they are. "

"Review has been updated based on excellent customer service by Cameron. He actually took the time to look up my order and see if the proper documents had arrived, which it had and he processed it. I might order in the future, but only if dealing with Cameron. And, I highly recommend that anyone that orders and has to do any follow up to ask for Cameron personally.

Ordered rifle on a Friday and as of Monday afternoon, no one at store answering phone to confirm shipping. I've called at least 2 dozen times and all it does is put me on hold and then hangs up.. Finally got John on the phone, and was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Tells me they are biggest distributor in the world and that there's nothing he can do.. how about hiring more people to handle it since it is Christmas season, and you are the biggest distributor? Was going to recommend my friends, and about $25K worth of sales, but now I will take our business else where.. good job in customer service.. "

"I bought a gun from these guys a couple weeks back and it was a great experience. If you have not bought over the internet, or if you have, give these guys a shot. Best experience yet! Their customer service reps were professional and prompt...they quickly answered my questions with no run around. The shipping was fast and prompt (Amazon should take some notes). And the best part, was the price. I saw the same gun (Remington 7400) at Cabelas in similiar condition for $100 more!!! "

"Just bought a new AR-15 from GrabAGun. I had recently heard about them on various sites and from some friends so I decided to give them a try. I got the AR that I had been looking to buy for quite sometime and it was awesome! Their customer service is great, they were able to answer all my questions and they always responded promtly. I ordered on Monday, sent in my FFL (which I was then notified by email once they had received it) and my order shipped out on Tuesday and arrived by my Dealer by Friday.

These are good guys, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a gun. I will be back soon to buy a new shotgun! :)"

"I've ordered a few firearms from Grabagun.com over the past few months. All orders went perfectly and they are absolutely terrific to deal with! Two of the firearms I ordered did not show in stock, however I emailed Grabagun and the VP. Sales contacted me back on both guns and went out and found them for me - SAME DAY! No other online dealer would do that for me! I plan on purchasing many more firearms from them in the future and are my first stop always for firearms purchases. Their prices cannot be beat as well as their service. If you aren't using Grabagun.com, you aren't getting a good deal!"

"I tried these guys for the first time ordering a Kahr Arms CM40 I'm getting for my brother for Christmas, and I am impressed! I've never ordered a gun online before, and I had a question on the order. I called their service line, and Matt was really helpful. He even suggested an alternative that saved me some money. Even better, I had the gun in 3 days. I was afraid ordering a gun would be complicated and time consuming, but these guys made it quick and easy!"
