"I recently made two separate purchases from Grabagun and both transactions were as good as it gets. The first was for a rifle that was shipped the day following my order placement. It was delivered to my FFL dealer the very next day. Now, thats FAST ! Please realize this was during a time when most all gun dealers are too busy to even answer the phone. We were/are in the middle of a gun buying frenzy. Unbelievably quick shipping!

The second purchase was for a rifle scope. Well, I made an error in ordering and ordered the wrong scope (my bad). Upon receipt of the scope, realizing I had made an error, I called Grabagun and spoke with Cameron. I explained my error and told Cameron that the website showed only one left of the correct scope and I wanted to insure that I got it before someone else did. Cameron physically checked the warehouse for the item and sure enough there was one left. Hoping that he would somehow hold it for me, I asked about when they could ship it. He said, in about 20 minutes. Well, I've never had ANYTHING ship that fast and if that wasn't fast enough, I recieved the scope the next day by Noon. Unbelievable! I then returned the first scope one hour later.

Grabagun not only gave me the best service I've ever had but also had the absolute lowest prices on the internet. What more can you ask? I will continue to do business with Grabagun. It just doesn't get any better!"

"I have purchased a couple of firearms and all went well. I also purchased a fore grip for my AR15 that I didn't like and was able to send back with no issues. I recently was able to purchase a couple of P mags for $25. in this current state of affairs thats a good price. They were shipped the following day. "

"Update 04/03/2013:

I was contacted by CZ USA about the issue. GrabAGun contacted them and CZ was quick to send out the proper barrel (Thanks CZ!!!). I am increasing satisfaction from one star to two, as it took this forum and/or the BBB to motivate them into doing the right thing.

Update 03/09/2013:

I placed a statement to the BBB and they attempted to resolve the issue with GrabAGun. GrabAGun's response was to elude that it was a legal issue and not company policy. After a month, they still have done nothing to remedy the situation, including provide the discount they promised.

I ordered a CZ 455 American 3-Barrel Set (CZ 02121). What I received, however, was a CZ 455 American Combo Set (CZ 02120) that consists of two standard .22LR/.17HMR barrels (with matching numbers) and a separate (non-matching) Lux .22WMR (00207) barrel. I'd like to mention that the shipping was pretty quick.

I wrote them to notify them of the mistake and requested either (1) a replacement for the bought paid for item or (2) a return for full refund or (3) a swap out of the Lux barrel for a standard (yet still not matching number) .22WMR barrel, plus discount.

After my first email, Grabagun's initial response was timely and hopeful. Unfortunately, that was the extent of the "good" customer service. They asked for information. I provided the requested information and waited 2 days. I received no reply or update. I then emailed again. No reply. I then called. The representative was polite and courteous, but indifferent to my issue. His final verdict (without any compromise) was that I keep the gun and Lux barrel, and receive a rebate of $45.00 (the reported profit of the sale) for the inconvenience. No barrel replacement. The reason they provided? Two parts, actually, The first (and foremost) reason was "[they'd] be losing money." The second reason was that "It was sent to [them], like that, by CZ." So, it's somebody else's fault and they're entitled to not lose money when they make mistakes. As of this submission, I still have not received the $45.00 (and still would rather have what I ordered).

Basically, this tells me that Grabagun can advertise one item and sell another without the good sense feel responsible beyond their "not breaking even" I don't believe it's fair for me to pay the full price of a collectable 3-barrel set and receive an unmatched substitute. Apparently, Grabagun believes they don't have to pay for their mistake and doesn't care who does. It lacks integrity and is a sad state of affairs to see a business adopt this behavior. I guess Congress does truly reflect their constituents.

The bottom line is: Grabagun has great prices, but when it comes to them owing up to their mistakes, you take a risk when you buy from them. Buyer beware.

"I had been researching guns to buy for over six months and the one I eventually decided to buy was out of stock at all of the internet based gun dealers. I signed up on Grabagun's website to be notified of when the gun is in stock. Sure enough, an email notification from Grabagun arrived when the gun became in stock and I made my purchase immediately upon receiving their email.

The timing of my purchase was made during the panic buying spree of guns and ammo in January 2013. The panic buying has caused most internet based gun and accessories dealers to push out their shipping time to 3 weeks or longer!

Here is the amazing part. Grabagun shipped the gun within 24 hours of providing them with the name/address of my chosen FFL ! The process was flawless, including follow-up email communication. This indicates to me that Grabagun is a well run company and can promptly complete the sale and shipping of a gun during a very chaotic period.

This was my first purchase from Grabagun and I will make future purchases from them. I highly recommend Grabagun for their reasonable prices and fast service."

"This is for my second purchase with GrabAGun. I wanted to purchase the CZ 712 on a shot now pay later lay away, so I sent in all my lay away materials. After two weeks and a couple phone calls I came to find out that the lay away was never processed. IT WAS MY FAULT. I purchased a Sig 516 AR earlier in the year when the shot now pay later was a new process. They had me just send in my checks and the AR came a week later. Today the process is more structured and requires setting up an order # before you send anything in. So I decided to cancel the order. Partly due to my mistake and partly due to I could buy a CZ 912 for less than the 712 on lay away.

All this process put me closer to my shooting trip than I had liked. Today is Thursday and in order to get the gun by the time I leave for my trip it would need to ship Friday. So I decided to take a long shot and send my story to GrabAGun and hope that they might take pity on me. I got a reply saying that my order should ship Friday. Just an hour after that email I got a tracking number confirmation then another note saying "Glad we could rush that out for you." On Thursday! I have no doubt the gun will get here on time.

Even in this time of gun buying craze GrabAGun is still able to provide great customer service. I have no problem saying GrabAGun always has the best price. Some retailers offer free shipping, but these are usually 7-10 day ship VS the $5.99 flat rate Express ship of GrabAGun. I would much rather get the faster ship for $6.

The only recommendations I have for GrabAGun are...
- maybe offer some promos to Facebook freinds and to those who create an account. Like free ship.
- make it a requirement that pictures are correct for all product
- create the option to search " in stock"
- get more AR 15s in stock! (Joking)

Great company and a good place to buy new!"

"I placed an order for a muzzle brake on 12/24/2012. The item was listed in stock on their webpage at that time and has been listed in stock on their webpage through at least today 1/30/2013. When I placed my order the price was $79.54. At some point an time the price went up to $95.68 on their web site. Since I had not received my order yet as of today 1/30/2013 I used to contact form to ask what was up with my order. I received the following response:
*Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we have had an error in our inventory and do not have the firearm you ordered in stock. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. We should get more in stock in the next few weeks if you are still looking for one. If you sign up to be notified on the product page we will email you as soon as we get some in stock. In the
mean time I will cancel your order and void your credit card charge.

The item is question is still listed as in stock on their website: http://grabagun.com/advanced-armament-armament-101720muzzlebrake.html. What a scam! Demand goes up and they jack up prices and don't ship items at the price when purchased. Stay far away from these jokers."

"This having been my first online purchase of a firearm, I was directed to Grab a Gun from a friend who has purchased from them in the past. Word of mouth is the best advertising. Brent did his best to track down the firearm and communicated with me very well. When the firearm was available, the purchase went through very smoothly. To no fault of Grab a gun, the post office "screwed" up the address to my FFL and it took some time to "finally" receieve the firearm. Brent was as effective as he could be and proffessional in the given situation. He was very responsive to emails and communication to help in any way he could. I would reccommend them to anyone for any of your firearm and supplies needs. Thanks Brent !"

"I ordered a pistol in December which was listed as "in stock". My credit card was charged and I received an invoice via email. Three weeks passed and no gun arrived at my FFL. I had to contact grabagun three times before I received a response - due to an "error in our inventory" my order had not really processed and the gun was out of stock, but they said they would give me "free shipping" if I wanted to order the gun again. Meanwhile, the price of the gun had increased and it was out of stock. "

"Purchased during the xmas holiday, still had my new firearm within a couple days. Excellent service. Great tracking info, automatically sent, so i could follow my shipment from the time it left their door till the time it arrived at my FFL. Great experience, will purchase from them in the future."

"Just placed my second order with GrabAGun...I know they are not the size of Amazon so I am used to other online companies taking extended time to process an order - like "item ships in 5 - 8 days." NOT THIS COMPANY. when I first started to order my first order from website it said something to the effect" Due to the high influx of orders it may take additional time to process and ship your order" so I called to see how long it might be. Immediately talked to an American human who, after telling him what I was wanting to order, said "Don't worry, I'll walk back into the warehouse and pull it myself and ship it today!" and he did!! Sounds like what I would do for one of my customers! Can't beat this kind of service. Placed this second order Sunday night and shortly after lunch Monday I had tracking number!Will always check here first for items that I need!!! Great prices, and great service!"

"This group of people really know what they are doing. I ordered 3 CZ longguns from them, and the entire transaction was flawless. There are so many companies out there now who are complaining about the high order flow, the work it takes to just keep their heads above water, and the backlong of orders they have. Not the people at Grabagun.com. Grabagun.com never once indicated they were swamped and were falling behind, though I knew they were. Seems as though they just kept plugging along.

Next time your in the market for a great firearm with equally great service, do yourself a favor and try Grabagun.com. You will not be disappointed.

The said what they would do, when they would do it, and that is exactly what came about. These people are very customer service orientated and also very price competitive. Way To Go, Team Grabagun.com

"These guys are the genuine article, and a very class act. I've bought 2 firearms from them over the past year. I've found them to be professional, very knowledgeable and courteous, and always willing to spend time to talk through the purchase.
On a recent purchase at their Coppell store, they actually waited for me to drive home and back to complete the purchase _after_ their store hours. This level of cs is rare today and much appreciated!
Their prices are fair and stable. over the panic buying of the last few weeks, there has been no opportunistic price gouging whatsoever. Much respect.

"just bought a gun from them and it was the first time using grabagun. paperwork was quick and easy despite me messing up the first one. i would highly recommend them to use for purchases not only because they were easy to deal with but because i got a great deal on my rifle. oh and the gun shipped next day to the store which is also nice."
