I approached them to change an order that had already been placed, and although the item had been packed and on the truck to ship, due to their immediate turnaround on orders, Tony found the order and swapped out the item for the change. In addition, the item, once received was found to have one blown speaker, rattling on every bass note, after contacting Tina in customer service, I had a new speaker in a couple of days. Both circumstances were beyond the company\u0027s control, yet they went above and beyond to ensure they had a customer for life. The item ordered is perfect for my application and arrived exactly as described. It is best to contact this company via email, as their phone service always directed me to voicemail, but once I was in touch, via email, with Tina all of my concerns were addressed immediately and corrected without delay. I did a live chat with a women by the name of Rebecca and I must add that her knowledge on Motorcyle Audio Systems is outstanding?? I was concerned and had lots of questions about hooking up a 250 watt amp with a 6in sub and she explained it in a manner that I can truly understand and to add to it.. I had ordered--recieved and installed a set of 100 Watt cone speakers last week and really wasn\u0027t happy with the way they sounded,, Rebecca truly made it right in my book... I was ready for a frustrating few weeks of emails and phone calls to get the parts I needed. The customer service people had the parts sent to me in a couple of days and the device has worked great. I had one of them fail last month and decided to purchase another set. I was just informed they would replace the failed part. "I first discovered GoodDeals18 through Woot. I bought a Viper 5101 1-way remote start for my wife's birthday. GoodDeals18 shipped it VERY fast and since the first item was out of stock, they upgraded me to the 5301 2-way system for no additional charge! Item arrived in a refurbished box just as described. I had it installed at a local Viper dealer for hundreds less than they charge to install the same item! Today, I bought two more...one for my Mom...the other for the sister-in-law. My niece was recently severely handicapped...so the remote start will be a welcome addition to their van. I highly recommend this seller!"
