All of there guarantees, certifications, and customer service policies are on their website. I received my watch in excellent condition with a certificate of authenticity. Initially, I had some trouble setting it. I called the company and they answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of information on my particular watch (estimated manufacturing date, why it had it\u0027s particular features, and how to keep it running long term). I had to bring my watch to the local Rolex dealer to get it sized perfectly and they confirmed that the watch was authentic\/genuine Rolex, as were all the accompanying accessories\/parts. <br>In summary, I would recommend Gold Watch Company to anyone considering a new or pre-owned ROLEX. They will answer all of your questions and have a level of professionalism and courtesy that far exceeds today\u0027s standards. You will not be disappointed.
