"Your mostly(70%) get OK service and 70% quality products with G4U. Expect 1 month shipping and sometimes 2-3 months if there are any problems since G4U won't email you. So check your shipping status once a week. Overall, I've ordered 24 frames with various options. 4 of frames were sub-par and very easy to break. 4 of lens were misshaped and sub-par causing massive distortion. 8 of the frames are slightly misshaped even for 2 exact frames. G4U accepted some returns and apply future discounts to these issues,but you have report within a week after delivery or they will insult you with a 5% discount. I would buy from G4U depending on the frames,but I have to buy 2-3 frames to get the right fit. I likely buy from Zenni Optical next time since I've better things from them."
