"I ordered a side view mirror for a Mazda 3. Part arrived in good condition. But, it is shipped in the flimsy factory box with some broken styrofoam to pad the soft top. This is not a shipping box, and they are trying to save a dime, but not repacking it.
I sold the car before the part arrived and I went to return it. They issued an RMA number quickly, but the email said "may be subject to a restocking fee". I emailed them back saying I would not pay a restocking fee. They also say that you must return the part in the original box - again, this is the part box, not a shipping box and i guess they want all the part numbers and such.
I returned as requested, and paid for shipping both ways, but they only credited me about 75% of the cost of the item. Called and emailed, no response, so I disputed with my CC company.
I would not use them again. Although the part seemed to be a decent knock off of the OEM part, the company is unresponsive."

"One of the headlights I ordered didn't sit right and there was what looked like glue in the lens as well as a scratch on one of the reflectors. I don't like that if you pay with PayPal they make you track your package yourself if it is lost. USPS would t deliver to my home address so they sent it back = pay for shipping again. I don't want to have to pay for shipping back for the damaged headlight housing.
They also said they were shipping the item Friday but it was really shipped out Monday."

"I got seriously hosed. They sent me the wrong part to begin with. In order to get an RMA number I had to contact them three times. I had to pay the freight out of pocket to return them the part. The intial cost was $129.85, the freight back cost me an additional $12.49. I was in $142.34. They credited me back $85.46. It actually cost me $56.88. I ended up buying the correct part from a brick and mortar biz that shipped me the part over night and charged me $5.00 les than the amount goparts.com credited me back. My bad. Shouldn't have ever messed with them. I know better now. Stay clear of this bunch."

"I am completely DISSATISFIED with your service! I asked for the exact part on the exact car, for the exact year. I knew I couldn't find it on many other sites, and you sent me the wrong part. It was useless! My mechanic just sent it back with my kid, saying my rear tail light would not fit, it was the wrong part. Now what do you reccomend? Me sucking in a big fat loss of money? Thanks for nothing!"

"The absolute 100% best online experience I have had in a very long time! After many poor to average experiences getting the right auto parts (or not) with many different companies, Go-Part® was amazing. Great prices, easy to use, awesome website, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. My part arrived fast, was wrapped up like a prize posession, fit like a glove, and looks great... "I was a little nervous after reading some bad reviews however they proved to be false. Not only were they responsive on the phone but also the chat feature they offer. The parts arrived and now my wife is happy(which makes me really happy)and the dim headlights are new again. Thank you to John ext 303. I would call him if you have a problem...."
