"I have bough from Marc at Genesys DTP many times. He always has super low prices on blank media (DVD-R, CD-R) and always has great and reliable service. Typically I would only take the time to write something if I had a bad expierence, but I felt that everyone should know that this is truly a great merchant with great service and prices. Thanks! "Excellent Top Notch Service to the tee! I rarely come across a company that replies to an email in such a quick, friendly, and personal manner thus giving the customer so much appreciation. In the today’s philosophy of "no customer service, automated emails, automated phone lines, voice mail, etc" this company sure treats you like a REAL COMPANY should treat you...like a customer and not a number. I have nothing but good things to say about GenesysDTP, and to top it off...GREAT PRODUCTS and SELECTION! Furthermore, FAST DELIVERY! Can't go wrong with GenesysDTP!!!

"I was VERY impressed with Marc and his way of doing business.

The ordering process was simple - it allowed for many forms of payment (including PayPal!), and he personally responded to all e-mails. He even willingly sent out 2 or 3 e-mails with order and tracking information!

I have only recieved service from an online retailer like this 1 other time - and that retailer is the only one I use for their product range - and so it shall be with GenesysDTP. I will be using them for all of my recordable media needs!

"I was totally shocked as to how fast I got my order and how easy it was to get the CD's. I normally buy at a store, but now I will surely continue to order from Genesys. Keep up the good work. Thanks for your prompt service. It is nice to know there are good companies that care about their customers.

"Marc has been 100% consistant in shipping fast, telling the truth, and providing me with a quality product time and times again.
had some shipping damage one time, and he fixed me right up.
