" Ordered what was advertised as a retail box AMD 64 3500 Winchester core chip. What was sent was a Newcastle core chip which I did not want. Probably a shipping mistake. Anyway, GVE customer service they they no longer had any Winchester core chips at that speed but they were very nice, gave me an RMA and even prepaid return shipping. This will delay the build, but GVE customer service was very courteous and very helpful. Mistakes happen and I could not ask for something like this to be handled any better than GVE handled it. I would recommend them based on this experience. "
