Most phones will unlock instantly with a simple code. I am just saying that support guys are going to be very helpful is there is any issue!<br><br>At first I was disappointed that the codes I got were the same than what my provider gave me. I came back to support and Mark T. was simply amazing. He helped me a lot, asked me to try a few things, and finally told me it would be easier to unsimlock the phone with special software.<br><br>I booted into Windows and followed the very precises instructions I received by email. At some point in the process I didn\u0027t find my phone model, and another support guy (Ethan P.) pointed out that it was below the elements I showed him. The next issue I got in is that the phone needs to be rooted, which I did after finding a nice post on androidadvices.com. The \u0022Read UnlockCodes\u0022 didn\u0027t work, but the software asked me to try \u0022Direct Unlock\u0022. "Originally I ordered a simple unlock-code from GSMLiberty. However received codes did not work. After I asked them for solution they sent me the unlock software, the detailed description and all the necessary passwords I needed to unlock my phone. With their help I could easily manage it even if I'm not an IT expeert. I'm fully satisfied with their service and support.
