In regards to your orders
Two orders where made under your account, using two different credit cards from two different countries within 24 hours. For our mutual benefit and protection your account was flagged to be manually verified and to ensure that the owner of these cards was making these orders. When you declined to verify owner ship, your order was canceled and refunded as requested. It's also worth noting that your first order was delivered and your phone is unlocked.
In conclusion , while I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I hope you understand your orders where handled in a diligent and prudent manner with the best of intent in mind.

Yesterday I placed an order via a secure (one transaction only) USA credit card with significant hassle because I am in Canada (as verified by my IP address). On their end my credit card was billed from Montreal CANADA, even though their phone number is in Delaware USA. I did get a working code in a hour after several emails and a phone call on my part. Today, hoping to avoid the hassle I place another order for a different phone using a Canadian credit card since my IP is Canadian, the phone is Canadian and yesterday's billing from this company was Canadian. Not only was I hassled again (wanting the name of the bank, phone number, etc) but they requested I fax a full copy of my credit card). I have never heard of such a thing and I wonder if they will take the credit card numbers and create duplicate credit cards. The people I have talked to from this company all have foreign accents.
