It did and in plenty of time! However, once it was put into service, we experienced some technical difficulties. The Garmin Help Desk technician helped us determine that the mount was likely defective and needed to be replaced. One call to GPS City and the matter was resolved very quickly - in very short order a new mount was shipped and put into service and our problems disappeared. This is our third Nuvi from GPS City and I continue to be a very satisfied customer. A measure of a company\u0027s service is how they react when something goes wrong not necessarily when everything goes according to plan. Once, I bought a power cable because i assumed (incorrectly) that that was my problem. <br>Then i had to order the cradle when the guys at GPS City told me that it was probably that. <br>In both cases, the support was quick and professional, and the order was filled in what seemed like minutes. <br>Unreal, both items arrived at my house in Haldimand, Ontario either the next day or the day after. That\u0027s it! They were great, and the speed of shipping and the free upgrade to next day is what made me then come back to them to buy a $460 unit. I\u0027d lost the tip-end parts of my Garmin power cable which happens to quite a few people. I was very pleased to see that GPSCity stocked the exact parts to fix the problem.<br><br>The order was processed and shipped the same day I placed the order (excellent response). The order arrived in just 2 days to the East coast via US Mail(very fast). <br><br>My only complaint is that they needed to use better packing for this particular item. The envelope used for shipment has very small bubble-wrap that is not sufficient to protect the 4-prong spring clip that is included. Mine was completely flattened and bent by the time it arrived.<br><br>This was my first order with GPSCity and would recommend ordering from them. Hopefully someone will address the packing issue and all is good.<br><br>Quick Update (6-28-10): I got a very nice phone call from the folks at GPSCity and they offered to send me a new 4-prong clip at no cost. I thought that was exceptional follow-up and I did not need it. I had actually taken a pair of pliers and bent it back into shape myself. The nice young man at GPSCity also said they would look at the packaging to see how they could improve that in the future for this particular product. That\u0027s 100% good stuff in my book and I\u0027m upping the score for this company to 5 checks from 4.
