They even sent me an e-mail to let me know it was on the way. Exactly what I wanted at the best price in Canada, intact and in amazing time. There is a good price advantage and at the time I ordered, the part in question just wasn\u0027t available over here yet. I chose the cheapest shipping variant as I wasn\u0027t in a hurry. But frankly, I didn\u0027t expect a whole 8 weeks! GPS City is NOT! to blame for this as the post labels indicated shipment on the day of the order. Customs may also contribute to the long delay. Packaging was fully intact and the shipping--though very slow--seems reliable.<br>Of course after 4weeks I got nervous and contacted customer service. That was a positive experience in every respect (many European companies could learn from this..) Answers came promptly and GPS City even offered re-shipping. Let me just say that in the end I was completely satisfied. My first time, I ordered online and the website indicated that what I wanted to buy was in stock. I was amazed at how fast the order arrived at my office - two days after I had placed my order. <br><br>For the new GPS, I monitored the website, which indicated that the item was a few days away from being deliverable. I took this to mean that it was out of stock and that they were waiting for a shipment. After seeing the delivery date pushed out a couple of times, I decided to phone. It was explained to me that the GPS was in transit from their warehouse and the reason the delivery date kept getting pushed out was because they were delivering everything ordered. I was told I could place the order over the phone and that the delivery date was about a week away. This I did and the GPS showed up one week after placing my order. The agent who handled my order was efficient, helpful and friendly. A couple of their sales folks asked me to send them a picture of the problem. In about 5 minutes on the phone they figured out what would work and shipped it to me overnight (my choice and expense).
