"The order arrived as promised, but the disks arrived loose in the bag and so far I have had to dispose of 9 of them due to scratches. It is very possible that the wrapper for the disks broke due to the rough handling of shipping. The only thing in the box was a bag with the items I ordered, the paperwork and a few bugs. The bag was loose in the box, more packaging could have prevented the disks from being damaged."

"Overall ordering experience was not a friendly as for example like Amazon. My opinion is the "maturity" of the order process is still very 'basic'.Through the shipping was free, the order site did not state how many days the actual delivery would take, therefore leaves the customer with no expectation.Delivery was scheduled for 1 business week, however was delayed an additional weekend and another business day due to storm in southern California. This is not Fry's fault, however shipper needs to understand the impact to the customer experience.Very happy with the product ordered, but not sure I would order online again.
