Please stop charging a sales tax to Tennessee residents.
"Fry's is one of the best electronic retailers out there and I don't have one in my area so I order online. I get all the e-mail flyers and promo codes which sometimes yields a really good deal. That deal is sadly reduced by 10% when they charge the TN sales tax. I wish this would come to an end and Fry's is not required to charge that sale tax and they miss a lot of my business because of it. B&H Photo sets a fine example on high end electronics and they don't charge the sale tax to TN residents."

"Bought a 24" RCA for the bedroom. Plugged it in and hated the picture quality. Didn't have time to play with it so turned it off and would play with it later. Fast forward to the next day.. turned it on and the picture was all discombobulated- streaks, bubbles, etc. Reset everything including the cable box, nothing helped. Boxed it back up and called Frys CS. After sitting on hold for what seemed like a lifetime I was asked to send pics in order to receive permission to return it. Told CS agent that wasn't going to happen, it was boxed up. After going round and round I asked at least three times for a return authorization # (per the instructions on the shipping invoice). She wouldn't give me one until I emailed pics. I told her numerous times it wasn't going to happen. I offered to pay the shipping and got a # right away - $30 later it's on its way. I BETTER GET A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE or it's the last time I shop there. Horrible return process!!!! Should be no questions asked. Too much competition out there. "
