The shipping box was beat up on the exterior but the items were present and wrapped inside. Performance of the product is excellent, OC i7-2600k to 4.4 Ghz with a simple voltage change and the CPU only went to 60 degrees (average 55 degrees) at 100% core activity under Prime95 for over an hour. Had one issue with missing hardware for VGA backplate installation. The staff was professional and promptly shipped the hardware. When watercooling my next system, I will be looking here again.
