"DO NOT USE. They say same day guarantee but they lie. Then if you want to cancel cuz they don't deliver on time they don't give you back the $19.99 service charge, your delivery charge and they take 30% on top of that.They said for not doing same day they would do a $25 upgrade...did not happen. I paid $86 for something I could have just picked up from Walmart. BIG DISSAPOINTMENT"
"This company did NOT deliver my order to my mother on her birthday and only gave my partial credit. Lucklily I used my trusty Discover card and they are now handling getting my full refund. Will never use this company again, nor recommend it."
"Worst flower retailer on the Market. This company is a rip-off, the pictures of the arrangements on their website in no way are even close to what they deliver. I paid 75 dollars on a what the website showed was a huge beautiful bouqet, but what was delivered was a very tiny bouqet with none of the flowers that I had selected, and the substituted at least half of the flowers that I paid for with a small teddy bear which I never asked for. I am so disappointed in this company and their service. Please do not order from this company or any of the other names this company uses, like teleflora, or wesley berry flowers, it is a huge waste of time and patience."
"TERRIBLE. I ordered flowers and what I paid for I didn't get. They offered a different excuse and resolution every time I called. All they did was send me more money off future orders. They responded to my disputed transaction on my credit card that "I accepted" the money off future orders, but all they did was send them to me email. I will never use them again."

"This is the worst company I have every delt with. the flowers that were delivered were not even the flowers I ordered. I ordered a combination of a pink flowers and vase. They sent 1 dozen red roses. This is the last thing I would have sent to this person, as they are not fond of red roses. I ordered the arrangement well in advance half were dead and none of the others opened up. Thanks, not like it was an important occasion, only MOTHERS DAY, YOU FREAKIN MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never order from this company again. The lady I spoke to in client relations was nice enough, but did not tell me they did not send the arrangement I ordered and I did not find out until I spoke to my mom on the phone. Also, I did get them to refund the cost of the flowers, not the $18.99 processing fee. Now that I know they didn't even send the correct arrangement, I will be calling back to get the rest of my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!"

"I usually order flowers for my wife and my mother, etc. through another national delivery service. For Valentine's day this year I thought I'd try your company. Unfortunately, my wife was less than satisfied with the flowers she received from your company yesterday. Firstly:Because we both work, I needed to have the flowers delivered on Feb. 13th in order for her to be able see them and enjoy them before 8:pm on Valentine's day. Unfortunately, you missed the delivery date and my wife had no flowers all day on Valentine's day. Secondly:When I got home last night and unboxed the bouquet, the petals on the little daisys were squished and wrinkled; The roses were starting to wilt, and the "iris" looking flowers in the bouquet were turning brown and starting to wilt already. (If you wish, I can send you pictures I took of your bouquet last night upon arrival.) Thirdly:I requested a "Gift Message" on my order form, but the message was nowhere to be found when I unboxed the flowers. Fourthly:I asked for a Mylar balloon to be included in my order, and was charged for it, however, there was no balloon delivered. Obviously, I am very disappointed with this delivery.The flowers were late, the blooms were old, the order was incomplete. What more can I say? $67.95 for major disappoinment.I sent this in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org the day after the incident, but weeks later, I've received no contact."
"Do not use this Flower Delivery Express. This is my first time to ever write a review, but it is essential that this company does not get your business. I ordered a "deluxe" little boy wagon arrangement for my grandson's arrival. The flowers arrived on time. But, there were very few flowers. The picture of the "deluxe" arrangement with the little toy wagon online is brimming with blooms. I wish I could post a picture of what was actually delivered for you to see. What a Waste! of Money!!! and a total disappointment. I feel embarrassed to have sent such an inadequate gift, while Flower Delivery Express charged me for the Deluxe version. We were so cheated. Stay Away From Flower Delivery Express, even though pictures "representing" their arrangements look really good. "
"BUYER BEWARE. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE. I searched for a florist for a specific zip code and Flower Delivery Express came up. I ordered flowers Thursday morning for Friday delivery. Sat I received a fed-x email that they have shipped. My call with customer service informed me that they don't have delivery to that area, they sent it fed-x, didn't notify me and hopefully the flowers will be delivered Monday, maybe. No refund on lack of service, but I could cancel the order or just hope the flowers aren't dead when they arrive some time next week. "
"I ordered flowers for my Daughters Birthday. It was a fruit basket with flowers. The did not arrive on her birthday as promised but two days later. When I first called they told me it would not get delivered because of a mistake. They said they would up-grade and include a letter of apology. She received flowers in a vase no fruit basket to be found. No letter of apology. Now they will not e-mail me back. Do not buy here its a rip off."

What I saw on the website and ordered is not what was delivered,the size fails horribly in comparison! "Same day" means next day delivery. The arrangement was smaller than the standard size not the "upgraded" deluxe size I ordered. What is the purpose of advertising an upgrade? You end up paying more money is all. I got no response to my emails and when calling the 888-851-2881; I got disconnected by someone and finally when I got a hold of someone I was placed on a long hold while they searched for my email. Very dissatisfied! They ended up offering me a $40.00 store credit, but I would still have to pay for delivery. I will NEVER do business with them again!"

This on-line company goes by a few names: Flower Delivery Express, Wesley Barry Flowers, American Floral Delivery, and Flowers - Nationwide.Ordered for Valentines Day: A floral arrangement consisting of One Dozen Long Stem Roses arranged in a glass vase by a local florist and delivered by same local florist. Spoke to Sean Powell (supervisor cust service rep) prior to writing this review. Sean refused to refund the order amount. He provided the following quote when I asked to speak to his boss: "My boss is the owner who pays me to take your call, and he will not speak with you". After a lengthy discuss this company refused to do the right thing for their customers.1.Flowers shipped via fed ex from Michigan (not a local florist as advertised on the web site.)2.Flowers were not pre-arranged. Flowers were shipped separate from vase in a box.3.Flowers were wilted, dead with multiple bulbs disconnected from stems. They were also frozen.4.Flowers shipped were not long stem premium roses (just standard roses)5.Vase shipped was oversized and too large for amount of flowers shipped."
"I ordered flowers, candy, and a stuffed animal for my mother for Valentines Day. While ordering it showed 39.99 for flowers and 9.99 for animal and 9.99 for chocolates... after paying the charges showed 59.99 for flowers and several additional surcharges and fees the total was over 80.00 when originally should have been around 70.00 tops... then i anxiously waited for my mom to receive her present the next morning as per delivery agreement...they were delivered at 7pm and she received a small chocolate no stuffed animal and the flowers were smashed half a dozen 1 wilted pink rose 3 white carnations and 2 idk what you would call it...and a bush of leaves the arrangement was not even pretty just all thrown in a jar not what i would call a vase, NOTHING COMPARED TO THE HUGS AND KISSES BOUQUET WITH RED ROSES that i originally ordered...I could not get a hold of customer service for days...I have contacted BBB and will not stop, not only for myself, but every other person who has posted on this site as well... I sent screen shots and pictures and all information to BBB if nothing else maybe it will be enough to shut down this Michigan company and save many more people in the future.. this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with online... QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRICING ALL RATES A 0 in my book...If i could rate negative stars i would because even poor is better than what this overall experience was in every aspect of the company. "
