I am so sorry the part was manufactured incorrectly but I have done every thing a dealer can do. Dealers don't stock parts (no dealers) and you need to work directly with the manufacturer to get parts. Ive gone out of my way to get the ball moving on that for you and I will continue to hound them until you are taking care of.
