These features were instrumental in my finding exactly the right exercise equipment (a leg press machine in this case) that I needed. The one area in which FFO let me down was in shipping information. When I hadn\u0027t heard anything for a few days and contacted them by email and they replied with the wrong carrier information. I of course had no luck tracking the shipment and phoned FFO. Although they were very nice guys, it was only after several such calls and many hours on the phone with the incorrect shipper and the equipment manufacturer that FFO corrected their mistake.
