As noted on the website, we are available by phone Monday - Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. All calls placed during those times are immediately answered by a live person.
We are also available 24/7 via email and have Live Chat available.
Here is the sample policy explanation from the site:
Sample Purchases/Low Volume Orders
Please limit your sample purchases to no more than 4-6 different item codes. We must limit to no more than 4-6 items in order to be able to efficiently process the order in the warehouse. Favor Warehouse reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with our sample purchase policy.”

"I have been surfing the internet for months comparing prices on wedding accessories and I have to say that Favor Warehouse indeed has the best and lowest prices ever!!! Customer service was super and delivery was way quicker than I imagined!
