"Do not use this company. As a contractor, I have never dealt with such incompetence and dishonestly in my 20 years experience. Promised order dates starting in October 2008 is now Feb 2009 and the order still hasn't been straighten out. Promised compensation, promised delivery dates-all empty and unfulfilled. For your own sanity-use a respectable and reliable co. Most products are the same price as Home Depot."

"invoice # 10946 DO NOT BUY FROM FAUSINK.COM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I ordered a sink from fausink.com on 1/10/09. fausink charged by credit card and still have not shipped the sink. they first said it would shipped on 1/17/09, now they say it wIll not shipped till 1/30/09. there invoice stated delivery method: N/A?? they have charged my credit card. I am disputing the charge and have canceled the order DO NOT BUY FROM FAUSINK.COM"

"beware of a company that calls itself "fausink" much like a fau fur which means fake fur, they have been a fake company as far as i am concerned. I placed an order for a Franke sink on december 19 2008 only after being assured that they would deliver via UPS by december 24 so the granite company could fabricate the granite for the under mounted euro pro sink. When they failed to deliver by december 29 I placed a call to them to no avail. The person I talked to siad they never agreed to that delivery date and told me he did have the sink but had not shipped it because of the holiday. I then asked when it would be shipped and he said he could not tell me when or how it would be shipped. Ironically he was delaying a granite company from fabricating my granite that had been shipped from Brazil to Jersey and then to Ohio quicker than he could ship a 15 pound kitchen sink. I then asked him if he was a real company or just a person with a web site and he assured me if I called Franke they would confirm that he was an authorized Franke distributer. I decided to call his hand and call Franke. It turns out that he has not or has ever been a Franke dealer. In addition I learned from Franke that they have had numerous complaints from consumers that made the mistake of trying to do business with this alleged company. After further research I found other facts about Fausink that were rater disturbing eg my invoice has and incomplete address for them, their fax number is the same as their office number. and my invoice shows NA next to the shipping information. They promised to call me back with shipping info and never did but suprise suprise they charged my credit card co. right after the order was placed. The sad reality of this web site is that they cause consumers to be leary of legit companies. As a business owner myself I find this to be unacceptable. I have and will continue to be pro active in taking any and all steps necessary to right this wrong. LET THE BUYER BEWARE WHEN AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO ROLL THE DICE WITH FAUSINK WHOM EVER THEY MAY BE. PROCEED WITH CAUTION."

"Worst internet buying experience ever! I needed two sinks for a kitchen installation that was expected to begin in three weeks. While they had great advertised prices I was reluctant to order considering the negative reviews I had read. I decided I confirm that the items I needed were in stock and was assured that they were. When I hadn't received the items after two weeks, I called and was told that the items needed to be shipped from the manufacturer, but I would receive one sink on Dec. 1st and that they would overnight the Franke sink on that Thursday. Fortunately, the installation was delayed, because when I called on 12/8 I was told that Franke had sent them the wrong sink twice (strange for items that were purportedly in stock!), but the elkay sink would be delivered on Wednesday 12/10. It was on a truck for freight delivery and they could provide no tracking number. Funny...it was delivered today 12/11/08 by UPS. I cancelled the Franke sink since it was obvious it would not arrive this week. I thought I would have to pick the sink up at a local vendor, but I found one who delivered the RIGHT sink the very next day (Goleco Decor)!

AVOID THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEIR PRICES APPEAR!!!!"

"I purchased a sink in one order with no problems, so a couple weeks later I bought a faucet and air switch. Since I needed the items in a week, I called before purchasing to confirm that the faucet was in stock and would ship within a day or two. To make a long story short, even after the items didn't arrive in one week, the customer service department was unable to supply me with the UPS tracking number, tell me the date it shipped or even if the items had been shipped.

Fausink's prices are very competitive, and their web site is excellent and very informative for comparison shopping. However, their inability to provide post-sale tracking information to their customers can be a real problem. "

"What a refreshing change!!! This is my first time dealing with this company and I am very impressed to say the least. The price on the product was far better than any of my local sources, and they shipped the Sink next day UPS at no charge to me, just because I indicated I needed it ASAP. I only wish dealing with other suppliers was this simple. I have already reccomended them to my granite counter fabricator, and I will certainly return for all my sink and faucet needs.

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Spoke with salesman Greg as we were on a tight timeline. Ordered a Franke sink w/ accesories and faucet. Assured me everything was in stock and would ship that day since it was early, so I made the order. Didn't see anything during the order process about shipping options, so I called again to make sure that it would be 3-5 days. No problem, I was told.
5 days later, I was looking at the site and noticed that it said I would get an email when my order shipped. Realizing I hadn't received one, I called. Turns out they didn't send the email because my order HADN'T SHIPPED until a few hours before I called. No one could explain why. I spoke with Greg again and he gave me two tracking numbers, apologized profusely and said he would try and intercept the packages and have them overnighted. I checked the tracking numbers that night and it said they were due to be delivered in two days. I called our granite installer and he said it would be tight but he would make it work to have the sink the day before the install (note: the installer admitted he should not have scheduled the install without the sink in hand and will not make the same mistake twice).
So we waited.
The afternoon of the expected delivery, the scheduler called and happened to be in the neighborhood. He was going to pick up the sink since the UPS guy had just driven away when he called. Imagine our surprise when the boxes were opened and it was only the faucet and a strainer basket.
Called Fausink to ask what happened.
Call #1 - no answer - got a general voicemail
Call #2 - talked to cust svc, who transferred me to a voicemail of someone who didn't even have a name on their message.
Call #3 - no answer - general voicemail
Call #4 - transferred to Greg, who did not pick up
Call #5 - cust svc finally told me that the sink was in transit - FROM SWEDEN - and would arrive in Lousiana in a week, then be shipped to New York and then to me in Chicago. I asked why I wasn't told about it not coming on Monday and got another apology. They seem to be seasoned professionals at apologizing.


Now, since it is the Thursday prior to Labor Day no one is in their offices outside of cust svc - which it turns out is just a call center.

I was LIED TO TWICE by the sales staff and now we're boned. The prices are too good to be true - and guess what..."

"I ordered a sink and faucet from these folks. The faucet arived promptly. Not so the sink. I called cusomer service several times and each time I spoke with a representative that promised that they would find out where the sink was. Seems they could not figure out how to talk to their own warehouse. On three ocasions they said that the sink would ship the next day. I needed the sink for my counter template and could not reschedule the counter guys. Eventually they promised to ship it overnight. Then they told me that the Fedex driver left it at the warehouse. I finally had to go to a local retailer for the sink so the counter guys would have it. The sink showed up a day after I needed it.
A conversation with another service rep assured me that a return label would be sent to me and a prompt credit would appear on my credit card. No on both accounts. I did not accept delivery of the sink and Fedex returned it to Fausink. Still no credit. Luckily I purchased this with American Express and they have taken over the resolution of this purchase.
Do NOT purchase from these guys unless you have American Express back you up."

"7 weeks & still waiting! I was told the sink was in stock, then every week a new story & how it will ship "tomorrow". One week I followed my UPS trkg. # for my sink & instead received a strainer basket that was supposedly on back order. I am very dissapointed with the service. Never again."

"I was very unhappy with my experience with Fausink. I ordered a kitchen sink and faucet. They charged my credit card at once, but the sink did not arrive for a month and I ended up canceling the order for the faucet and ordering elsewhere because it was on back order for 7 weeks. The worst is that they never contacted me to let me know about the delays - I must have phoned them on 10 different occasions, and was often given conflicting answers as to the status of my order. They really need to work out their warehousing system and find a way of keeping customers informed of the status of their orders."

" I placed my order with Fausink.com on June 2nd for a Franke sink which Fausink had the best price for, I received a follow-up phone call on June 4th to let me know that my order has shipped and that a tracking number will be emailed to me shortly. Later that day I received an email with a tracking number and my sink was delivered to me a few days later. I would shop with Fausink.com again when I get to redo my bathrooms. Thank you for excellent service!"

"Fausink has terrible customer service. I placed an order on Nov 8, 2007. They "processed" the order immediately which meant they charged my credit card for the full amount and only shipped 1 of the 4 items ordered. It is now June 2008 and they still have my money and I don't have the remaining items from the order. I have asked repeatedly for the status and eventually to just cancel the order. They never responded to any of my calls or emails until I copied them on a letter to the Better Business Bureau. They only then replied that I would get a refund but I'm still waiting and it's weeks later. I would like to warn everyone from ordering anything from this company. They are awful.

"Each week I have called (3 calls and one email) to get a status on this order and I was told each time that one of the sinks was in stock and being priority shipped and the other sink was on back-order, but expected to be in stock any day now for shipment. To date, no sink and no return email communication. It's very difficult to get a customer service representative by phone. I have ordered with Fausink previously with excellent results, but the communication/results for this $1300+ order has been unacceptable and extremely frustrating. If I can not get a commitment date by tomorrow I am going to cancel my order. Fausink's excellent prices is not cost-effective when there exists no reliable communication with their customer service department and they are now holding-up a major project. "

"These people are the worst.
They lied about having the product.
They lied about shipping.
They lied about cancelling the order.
They lied about refunding my money.
I was forced to purchase a similar product locally in order to meet a deadline.
I just filed a grievance with my credit card company to get my money back.
I'm done with them."

"THE WORST INTERNET COMPANY OF ALL TIME!
FAUsink is just a terrible company to do business with. They sent a damaged sink and then refused to do anything about it. They would not accept a return and would not credit us for the sink. I had to contact ELKAY myself and was told that they would send a new sink. NEVER HAPPENED. They also sent the wrong garbage disposal TWICE!
I have been involved in many renovations and new construction. I have purchased hundreds of products on-line from dozens of vendors. I have never experienced customer service this horrible. They should change their name to FAUstink. Caveat Emptor!"
