reply posted Jan-16-2012 “Sometimes packages don't make it to the destination, even though we and our shipping partners, UPS and USPS want to get them delivered correctly. In this case the package was returned to us a few days ago. A replacement was shipped, unfortunately there was an item no longer available. The customer was credited for the item and the shipping. We hope it happens infrequently enough that our customers understand and give us another chance to delight them with fast and accurate results.”

"I purchased the alligator pull toy for my grandson for his first birthday. It arrived in perfect condition and I love how this toy works. It is well constructed of wood, nice size for a toddler, and makes a pleasant clacking sound. He is going to LOVE it!! I will definitely consider Fat Brain Toys again."
