"Very clear discriptions, up front about which items are authentic, and which are copies. If upgrade to e-packet is available as a delivery option for the items you select, I highly recommend paying the dollar it costs,as it makes the shipping incredibly fast"

According to the tracking record, your order was shipped via regular airmail which has no tracking and the shipping time can be up to 30 business days. Fasttech offers registered mail (faster shipping time) for free for order exceed $20 or otherwise $1-2 extra cost is needed. You are suggested to use this service in order to enjoy faster and reliable shipping next time.”

“Thank you for your order. We are sorry for the waiting. Your order was shipped from our warehouse on 17th July via registered airmail by Philippine post which takes 20-25 business days for delivery. As per the tracking, the item has been sent to destination on 11th Aug.

We will send investigation request to the post office. If they verify this order as lost, we will refund or reship your order at your choice immediately.
