“Thank you for your order. We are sorry to hear this issue. The order was shipped on 11th Sept via registered surface mail through Hong Kong post as selected by you in checkout. This shipping takes 45-60 days for delivery typical as quoted in checkout and is the only available shipping service for external battery shipment. It takes more time for delivery than the other available airmail shipping service.

As per the tracking, the item left Hong Kong for its destination on 8th-Oct-2014. This tracking status information won't be updated till the item arrives in destination country, clears custom and is handed over to the post office facility for delivery.

Please kindly give it some days more for the delivery. If you have any questions about the tracking and delivery, please kindly update the existing ticket and we will follow up on the case.

"had 2 orders one came about a month after I order and half of it ended up being junk that was unusable. They split my other order in two and the first part was fine just took a month an a half to send it. Still waiting on the other half 2 months later."

“Thank you for your order. We checked your order records and assume you referring to order #A090710683 and #A091109866.

The order #A091109866 was placed on 11th Sept with 3 items, and one of the item was listed as ships in 7 business days and scheduled shipping date was 17th Sept. This information was displayed during checkout.

We shipped the order on 13th Sept via USPS first class e-packet via China post as selected by you, which takes 8-12 days for delivery typical as quoted in checkout. As per the tracking, the item was delivered on 26th Sept and it took 13 days for delivery total.

This shipping is free at FastTech for orders no less than $20.00. Otherwise takes about $1.00 to upgrade for. FastTech provide DHL shipping service for option at buyer's own cost depending on the actual charging rate.

For the order A090710683, we split the item which was on production backlog then and shipped the ready items first. The order was placed on 7th Sept and the first shipment was delivered on 1st Oct.

As per the tracking, the second shipment has arrived in your country since 19th Oct. Please kindly give it a couple days for custom clearance and you shall receive it soon.

Most of the items sold on FastTech.com are covered by FastTech Standard Return Policy, i.e. replacement can be requested within 6 months from date of shipment and refund within 45 days from date of delivery.
